The response to requests are horrible and late. When they exceed their $500 limit on reporting to the owner they cannot provide an itemized invoice. There is poor communication between the tenant and tier one management.We were with them for 3 months and needed to get an attorney involved to recover our security deposit. Do not use them!!!

The staff at Tier One is very knowledgeable in the business. If you are an owner they do an amazing job, if you are looking to rent check out what they have available. I have enjoyed my interactions with them.

We hired TierOne Real Estate to help us find the perfect commercial space for our growing business. Andy Edwards found several properties for us to review. Where do I begin? I lived in an apartment complex that had Tier One take over management of the place. I was told nothing would change and basically given non answers from jump. I was asked last April (2019) to sign a new lease with them. I put it off and forgot about it. This past month I received a missed call from them so I returned the call. When the call was answered I was immediately transferred to Jairo without explanation. He stated he needed me to sign the lease. I told I would do so only if the terms were the same as the original lease excluding the fact that rent was increased. I also

TierOne has been nothing short of a pain for me to rent through. The maintenance program was essentially non existent and my requests were denied or ignored on end. I received my property in filthy condition, with food streaks on the cabinets and wood and soot still in the fireplace (which I was then expected to clean despite being told I couldn't use it). I prepaid rent 6 months at a time and kept beautiful shape of the place and they still ran a finger on every blind and lightswitch plate and took apart the stove, listing more things I needed to clean. I would highly advise against this

Terrible service! Raising the rent for no reason. They took over managing my complex last year and I really miss the old property management company - never had any problems with them. Tier One is a joke!

We had rented a house for 4 years from this company, they started out very nice. Then they slowly got worse and worse, we signed a rental agreement for the 5th year and a week later got a phone call saying they messed up-they shouldn't have offered us another rental agreement as the owner wanted to sell the house. They gave us one month to be out, we complied as we were building a house-but had to move in with relatives for 8 months until it was done. We were not offered anything for this horrible service. Here it is almost a year later and I get a call from a collections agency saying I owe

I have been a renter under Tier One Real Estate going second year now. And overall I'm really impressed, Rent is not bad, and they look into maintenance quick for me, so far I had a leak in my water heater they gave me a call the next day, next a non working furnca due to a flame sensor, was given a call the same day and fixed within two days. Great job. Might be staying for a while!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I only rented from there for a year and it was way too long. They never respond to problems, and lie about getting back to you. Please save yourself the torture and stay away from this company. They will steal from you and lie through their teeth.

Avoid this company at all costs. I would rather live on the streets than use this company again. One name. Jerilynn. This woman is atrocious. Never informs people when they enter the home, makes false repair promises and to boot now sending me to collections? For $500 dollars? Really? We gave this company our new address when we moved out. You would think if I owed them money (which I do not) they would have sent me a bill? Nope. We moved in March 5th 2015 and moved out March 4th 2016. 1 year. Which is what the lease was for. Terrible, horrible experience. My rental home used to be owned and managed by a family. But they transferred the property management duties to Tier One, and we feel like we've been left in the dark the whole time.

We've submitted service requests, only to have the requests closed without any action taken. They've tried to gouge me for getting basic maintenance help. And, now that the rental has been sold to a new owner, I've seen the realty side of their business. And that experience was also awful.

If I could rate them no stars I would. The property management side of this company is a joke. They nickel and dime the tenets out of everything they can possibly get, which wouldn't be so bad if they actually maintained the properties. Slum lords to the extreme, that will let you go days with a non working furnace, water leaking from the ceiling, or a faulty stove before finally sending out a repair person. Possibly one of the most dishonest and passive aggressive group of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Have yet to see them return any security deposit even when the
