William "Bill" Beachum serves as the President of Beachum & Roeser. Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Management Company which include property management, leasing, construction, accounting, tenant relations and investor relations. Bill handles all lease renewals and new deals which typically includes interfacing with real estate brokers and or business owners.
Jim Beachum and Dick Roeser, childhood friends, founded Beachum and Roeser over forty years ago in 1976. Initially the company built high quality single family homes and condominium properties. In 1979, the company's focus shifted exclusively to the development and management of high quality, upscale commercial office properties which serve the medical, therapy, legal, financial and business services market in southeastern Michigan.
Beachum and Roeser has twelve properties with eighteen individual buildings in southeastern Michigan. We lease to 145 individual tenants representing the medical, therapy, legal, financial and business service professionals. In our over forty years of business we have earned a reputation of providing a different level of trust and service.
