We are a pet-friendly company, but different buildings/homes have different rules. Pets are assessed and allowed on a case-by-case basis, usually with a pet deposit. If you are considering getting a pet and are already in one of our rental homes, please check with us first to avoid any disputes later on.

FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The BBB has them listed as a product sales, not property management company. They have several other names such as: Homespaceplus and CMC, all listed as product sales.
It was too good to be true. The home was beautiful but with further research through the BBB (Better Business Bureau) led me right to the answer I needed. The BBB validated that this happen to somone, the person got into a home and fees were added monthly. They were evem given a $600 water bill when they barely used the water.

Best property management company ever. I have rented from several before and they all were terrible. I have been living in one of their properties for almost six years. When something needs to be repaired, they have someone out next day. The staff is very professional. I do not plan on moving any time soon. I recommend this company.
