I have been a resident with Elite property management for 2+ years. These people are amazing! Anything I have ever needed they have been in top of. The maintenance staff are extremely timely & knowledgeable. I highly recommend Elite PM for your housing needs. And I love my apartment !

SCAM ALERT!!!!! Unless you have $500 to pay the property manger to bump you up the waitlist don’t even bother applying. She’s rude unprofessional and ghetto and so is the property. They don’t fix anything “Due to COVID” they allow families of 20 to occupy 2 bedroom units. However if you don’t have a job this is the place to apply the will sit you down and help you fill out false receipts to make you appear self employed and the list goes on just a over poor establishment! I wouldn’t recommend this place to homeless person. If I could’ve given this rating a 0 I would have!!!

I reside in Cherry Hill senior. Past 4 yrs real bad service I've had my social security documents stolen from one of their property manager. 7 months ago reached out for help still waiting. Case manager reached out she's still waiting. Worse management I've ever dealt with. They treat animals in shelters better. If you're on a fix income don't rent from them. You get stuck now trying to save up so I can move.

This is literally the WORST place to move. I moved in a rental in april and it was infested with roaches. I got rid of the roaches and my refrigerator stopped working just weeks later. It took them a month to bring the new refrigerator and then another to take the old one. Now I am currently living here with no hot water or gas going on four days now and they told me it would be another 2 or three before anything is turned back on

If your renting an apartment please dont do it. I had to jump through hoops just to get my security deposit back. Please whatever you do find another property management company. It took over 90 days to receive my deposit back. I had to constantly call this has truly been a nightmare. Whatever you do please do not move here look else where.

This place is a joke the receptionistnis rude the tell lies. I was told several times thatvmy application had to found it was misplaced. Every time I called to check status my information could not be found they would have some call me that never happened. I went to the office got nothing and was told again some will call me and look over my app. Then 2 weeks later I get a letter asking for more documents that was not the check list of documents to be turned in and only have a day or I will be denied. Why did this taka a hole month and I could have been turned in if I was told when I went into
