I was in here over the weekend to get my ring repaired. I bought it at the store in California (Tustin) about 5 years ago and I had never had any problems with it. I went to the Jewelry Exchange in Dallas to by an engagement ring and loved it. I went to Robin's Brothers and was completely bombarded and they did everything they could to push me into buying about five different rings even after I said no.
I came to this specific location earlier in the year to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend after shopping around at many different locations, I found that the Jewelry Exchange in Greenwood Village was a far better value for certified diamonds than any mall location. Worked within my budget!

Michelle was extremely helpful with figuring out exactly what we wanted. Great personal service and very accommodating. Editing my review 2 months later. I went to get my rings re-sized and was told I didn't purchase one of them there. I had my receipt. They said the description doesn't match to the ring, and it doesn't have the stamp that shows it is from their store. I was perplexed. I can't help it if the information was entered incorrectly and the jeweler didn't put the stamp on. Even one of the sales ladies remembered me and my husband from when we purchased them. Buyer beware! Buyer beware! The quality is cheap and prices are very overpriced. Save yourself the trouble and headaches and go somewhere else. When making a large purchase ladies and gentlemen do your research on these jewelry stores, there are so many good places out there and this is not the place. There name is jewelry exchange for a reason, and you will want to exchange the jewelry you purchased and it will not be easy. This place is a scam! Stay safe!

My husband and I went here to purchase a ring to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The salesman was fine. He listened to what I had in mind and showed me rings according to the description I gave. We looked at a few diamonds and found the right one. It wasn't cheap.
