I had Luis Trent and his apprentice Nick at my home for approximately 5 days. Each day they showed up on time and were very professional in carrying out their work which included installation of a new water heater and tearing out and replacing 70 year old galvanized piping and replacing with new Pex piping. I could not be happier with the work they accomplished at my home. In addition, the I could not be pleased more with the cost of the project. It was very reasonable.

Patrick and his apprentice were so courteous, attentive and right on time. Patrick gave exceptional customer service - explaining procedures, being informative and clear on what my problem was and how they could fix it with an estimate of probable cost. Upon completion I was provided the cost, pictures of how it was and how it is now. He was very friendly throughout and they worked efficiently and timely.
