Awesome place to live, moved in about 6 months and absolutely pleased with the community. The gated community offers safety, salt water pool, 24 hr fitness center and clubhouse, onsite golf simulator, spacious layout and attached garage. The office staff is amazing, and all the residents I have met so far are great. Pet friendly as well, awesome dog park and walking path too. My daughter and I felt at home immediately, and grow to love it more all the time. Maintenance crew is great, and courtesy officers available after hours. Come check them out, you won’t regret it.

We just moved into Savannah West a few months ago and we can't get enough of our new home. It is a beautiful community filled with the nicest group of people you could ask for. I swear every time we go walking with our dogs we make a new friend. Not only are the all my neighbors so nice but the leasing ladies are so sweet and helpful! So beyond thankful we found Savannah West

I’ve lived at Savannah West for almost a year now and I love it! Probably the best place I’ve ever rented from. All the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The amenities at savannah west are so awesome as well! If you want to live in a beautiful community but also have fun and get pampered, Savannah West is where it’s at. It feels as if you’re living in your own house with how beautiful the inside of the apartments are decorated and not to mention the attached garage you get! I would most definitely recommend Savannah West to anyone looking to find a new home in the Kansas City area!

I absolutely love Savannah West! I’m a single, older woman and this complex offers me a safe, friendly and beautiful atmosphere in which to live. The staff at Savannah West are top notch! The amenities, such as the pool, the gym, the golf simulator and the massage and nail professionals are fantastic! For me, the attached two car garage is the most important aspect of my decision to live here. It provides, storage, convenience and security. The grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is so friendly. It feels more like home than an apartment. I highly recommend you look here before making a

My husband and I have called Savannah West home since Feburary and have greatly enjoyed our experience! We love the townhome feel of our apartment, including the attached garage and direct entrance to our home! The walking trail makes our puppy feel right at home and the pool is the perfect place to relax! Last but not least, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating! We have lived in other luxury complexes around the KC area, but have found a quality in Savannah West that we didn't elsewhere!

Savannah West Apartments are absolutely amazing. I’ve lived here for about 6 weeks and absolutely love it. Savannah West are brand new apartment homes with attached garages, salt water pool, gated community, pet friendly (dog park), and an excellent location. I have asked maintenance to come by on two occasions and they are very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. The staff working in the office also go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and to promote a close knit community feel! I highly recommend Savannah West!
