First, Dmurray said he would be there at 10:30 and he was on time. That started the good impression for me. I walked with him through the inspection and he explained everything he was looking at. He also explained how the wind mitigation inspection and how it would help save me money on my home owners insurance. I did not have this done on my previous home, and I wish I had because it did save me money this time. He is very honest, if you ask him something that is not in his area of expertise he will tell you. Most people will just blow smoke and tell you something rather then just say "I don't

DMurry Home Inspections is a great choice!
New to the home buying process didn't know that the inspection had to be done ASAP. Thank goodness DMurry had a next-day appointment that worked with my availability. The next day, our inspector was communicative to let me know he was on the way and had subsequently arrived at the property (on time). He was very thorough and educational. Report was delivered earlier than promised.

First off the DMurray inspector arrived on time and was wearing both a face mask and gloves, very important for us. He was respectful, very knowledgeable, and polite. Buying a home for the first time is a very exciting and stressful process . DMurray Home Inspection Services gave me a peace of mind and relief my anxiety of investing into a home that could last me longer than three years of unnecessary repairs.
