Pros: This is an older hotel, but it is fairly well maintained. Our room was big enough, freshly painted. The AC was good and the beds were nice. We had a small sitting area off to the side, which was nice. Maybe 3 blocks to the Seawall.
Cons: I did see one dead roach (I may have stepped in it in the dark). The breakfast is pretty basic. The bathroom is a little small and claustrophobic.
Our room faced the putt-putt golf course with the swimming pool nearby which was nice, but some rooms on the back side faced a large, rusty, unsightly water tank.

This place is so neat! I love that there is a putt putt course on the property! We came for The Opens cheer competition and I'm so glad we stayed here. We don't come often but we come when we can and I think this may be our motel of choice from now on. The pool is nice. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Front desk workers were very kind and helpful. Even when asking to have a courtesy extended check out time and they granted that for us. Place is a little dated but not so bad for the price. What sales me is price, attraction/s, other reviews and no bugs of any kind. I can handle mice

This place sucks. Had too switch rooms twice. The first room AC wasn't working. The second room I got locked out off and Maintenance had to break the door frame to me get in. The lights barely worked and were unplugged in all three of my rooms. Avoid this hotel unless you absolutely have to stay here.

For 118.00 a night I expected way more, it's run down and nasty. It looks nothing like the pictures. When someone walks above sounds like they are going to fall thru the floor the bathroom was NASTY hair all over dirt smal roaches. The towels had hair in them. I went to gas station paid 6.00 for a can of Lysol. This place charges 50.0 for a deposit they should have given me a deposit. Really STAY AWAY. theirs much nicer hotels way cheaper. Never again they really need update the pics and hire new cleaning people. Ewww seriously all I can say is eww

So I found the Inn to be acceptable. It was paid for directly by my company so I'm not sure of the relative value. It was clean, a little aging, but clean. My biggest beef would be the condition of the sheets, I actually got "rug burn" on my elbows from turning over during the night, not high count sheets. The view was fair, my room overlooked a huge rusty water tank, the opposite side is better, the water side, but still an industrial area. The breakfast was good, instant oatmeal, yogurt, lots of fruit, lots of fatty baked goods, juice machine, coffee, and an automated pancake machine

Do not stay here, horrible rooms, seems to not have been updated since the 60's, and it's is expensive over $200 per night. I was denied an online coupon here off of yelp ( no biggie). Wall sockets are worn out, tried charging my phone, wall charger falls out of wall. TV is very old and very low resolution. Snot green paint on walls, scuffs on walls. Poor lighting only 2 dim lamps in bed area and one dim in the dinner area. My shower was broke, water came out of the shower head and faucet. Shutter on window is broken. Can't wait to go home. There is plenty more to said too.

When I picked up my keys the women in the office was complaining about the guests.
"I wish we could get rid of all these ghetto a## people staying at our hotel"
The employees like to hangout by the elevator smoking and this happens to be right next to where you park so by the time you leave your car smells like an ashtray...
NO WIFI and the front desk lied about it. I was told to call tech support that no one else had a problem. The internet provider informed me that they had multiple open tickets for the Wi-Fi and it had been an ongoing problem for sometime.they changed me to a different

So, we didn't have a very good experience with this hotel.
Pros: it's pretty cheap and close to things. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The rooms are pretty clean.
Cons:
1. So, having never been, I expected this Inn to actually be at the Waterpark. It's not. It's close though. Maybe a 10 minute walk? I have a large family, so we drove. If you are booking the hotel because you think it's actually at the Waterpark.... It's not. If we were going to drive anyway, we would've stayed somewhere nicer. I took a picture for your convenience, to show the

Stayed here 3 days with an unexpected 4th, we were happy with this place and will return again, room was clean and bed was comfortable, spacious as well, the complimentary continental breakfast is good, you can even complimentary play mini golf, your pretty close to the beach, moody gardens, restaurants and retail stores, the only downside is the parking under building 2, it's pretty narrow for big trucks but you can squeeze in, aside from that, it's a great place to stay and will return.

Wow! What a nice place to stay. Rooms were super clean and fresh smelling. Quiet and restful even during the day for a quick nap. Room was furnished with 2 queen beds, small dining table, large desk, long chest of drawer (very clean inside the drawers), refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Two sinks one outside of bath area. This is great for someone who wants to brush teeth, style hair or wash out small clothing items while someone else is in the shower ( no tub option, I was disappointed I'm a bath person). There is a spacious sitting area with comfy couch and multiple arm chairs

You can get some cheap rates at this hotel, and you'll get what you pay for. They have two buildings, and we were assigned the adjacent (and not connected) second building.
The pros:
Cheap
Free parking, including covered under the adjacent building
Friendly front-desk staff
Free breakfast in the lobby (also see cons below)
Free miniature golf course on-site (also see cons below)
Within walking distance to the Jungle Cafe, which had a decent breakfast for a good price
The adjacent/second building has all interior-facing doors, so it's more like a hotel in that respect vs. the typical motel

We got a great price through Booking.Com at $125 /night during the Labor Day weekend and so I was excited to arrive. The appearance is cute enough...Any Islander will tell you that keeping paint bright is a constant battle in salt air so I was not disappointed that the hotel looked a bit tired. Cute, though, nonetheless.
Check in was a breeze, and loading in was equally simple.

We were booked for 3 nights. It is a super cute little hotel. Painted in bright island colors with neat shutters on the inside of the windows. The room was very very spacious. There was a separate area with a table, desk, mini fridge, and microwave. The other part of the room had 2 double beds and a chair with ottoman.
The bathroom was fine. There was a plumbing access panel that was wide open and wouldn't close. There was a very small stand up shower, no tub. I'm 5'3," and I could stand with my back to the shower wall and reach out and touch the other shower wall with

Holy cow....we stayed on the backside of this hotel for the Gritty Goddess race and we had a HUGE rain storm the evening before. The rain was literally coming thru our front door and our windows. We had to call for extra towels. And they brought them to us...that's all fine and dandy...but it makes you wonder how often that happens and how moldy that floor must be. Ugh...to think about it makes me totally sick. :(
Cute golf course though.
