From the Bolivar ferry, follow the signs to the beach, then turn right on Seawall Blvd, and right again at 61st Street.

Maintenance man physically assaulted me. The owner posted malicious lies and defamatory language in reference to my previous review. If you write good reviews they respond with kindness if not they either try to say that they have no record of your stay or they post malicious lies. I contacted the manager today abs they assured me that the Maintenance man was fired and that they would talk to the corporate slime slimeball who posted malicious lies.

I do really enjoy to stay here , I love it this place really quietly, 5 minuta walk from the side walk beach ! Close from the sea Point surfside , this place is really clean for the price , and really affordable for everyone! They have COFFE machine , that have tv great place for great price love it ! Definitely I will stay here again

Decent rooms, great prices, friendly staff. Not on the sea wall but just needed a room until the ships sailed. Rooms were nice, quiet and staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the internet was intermittent, they could use a stronger signal. But I was able to connect and accomplish what was needed.

The room was kind of 'eh' but not as bad as I was thinking. The T.V. wasn't working in the room I was in, but at least the refrigerator was clean and cool. They could have added a heated pool but it wasn't bad. The location was great as it was within walking distance to just about everything. It isn't bad, but you really could do better even for the price.

Super staff, very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Just a few blocks from the beach and tons of food options. My ONLY complaint was the beds..they were rock hard and really caused some back pain. I'd definitely stay again, but I'd bring a mattress topper next time.

This was a great place to stay and a reasonable price! I stayed for three night and the service was great! The staff was very friendly and I had no complaints! The rooms were decent and it was a comfortable stay! The prices were budget friendly as well! I recommend staying here if you are looking for a decent price and something just very basic!
