My husband and I bought are rings over 10 years ago from Jewels By Joe. And from that initial visit we KNEW that this would be our forever jeweler. The care, the compassion, the friendliness, they truly make you feel like family. About a year and a half ago our son accidently dropped my ring down the garbage disposal and didn't tell us, later on that day my husband turned it on and my ring was ruined I was truly heartbroken and sad. I absolutely trust the taste and integrity of Maya. I bought three rings from her almost three years ago, and I recently returned to her store in order to have a ring resized. The ring has an odd shape to it, so it was difficult to do so.
However, I was delighted when I saw the work she and her team had done. They preserved the beautiful shape of the ring, did a fantastic job resizing, and did a gorgeous job restoring the ring to its original shine. She also honored her word and made sure the ring was ready by the day she promised. Finally, she charged a very fair price.

I recently purchased an engagement ring here for a proposal I did last week in the Caribbean. This store made me a custom ring at a very reasonable price. It was so beautiful that it gave me shivers down my spine when I saw it.
Maya was phenomenal and did an amazing job getting me the stone I wanted and helping me choose the perfect engagement ring to put it in. I chose a custom design to add onto the side of it and Maya did an excellent job making it look exactly like what I showed her.

Twelve years ago, we selected a vintage-style engagement ring here, with Maya's expert assistance. Then we returned to choose our wedding bands, which we had beautifully customized to incorporate our birthstones. My fiancee and I got my gorgeous engagement ring here. Maya custom made it for me and did a fabulous job. I love looking at it sparkle! I had the ring appraised and even though the diamond was not certified, it was just was she said it was (G color, SI1). The appraiser also confirmed that we got an excellent price for the ring. They have all kinds of settings to choose from and can customize any of the settings. Mine has pink sapphires on the side instead of diamonds for a little bit of color. I am so incredibly happy with the engagement ring I received from my fiancé from jewels by joe. I am not at all the type of person who wears jewelry at all but comparing my diamonds to other people's diamonds, the clarity in mine are incredible and so, so sparkly! We came in for another visit to pick out our wedding bands and the environment is very relaxed and not stressful at all. The ladies who work there are very helpful and in no way pushy. My fiance and I worked with Maya to create my dream engagement ring. By combining some of Maya's own custom designs with some other elements we liked, we were able to create an amazing, one-of-a-kind ring within our budget range.
Maya was very transparent and upfront in all steps of the custom ring design process. First, we told her our ideas and she worked with us to create the perfect 3D images of the ring.
