Providing rental properties & management throughout North-Wilmington covering (Trolley Square through Concord Pike Corridor up Rt. 202) & South-Wilmington covering -Downtown Wilmington Business & Riverfront Districts, City of Newark, Newark/New Castle County, Claymont, Hockessin, Elsmere & Middletown, Delaware.
For this type of management, our fee is 10% of the monthly rental amount in addition to the leasing fee which is equivalent to one full month's rent. One and Two Bedroom apartments. Apartments feature: Living & Dining Room, fully applianced kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, gas heat/central air, electric range, balcony.
The Landlord Assistance Program is available to owners who have already secured or prefer to secure their own tenants. This program DOES NOT provide any DPM advertising (website, publications, use of DPM information on any material or Signs etc.). This program will process up to (2) applications, if initial prospect is declined, Owner may send another applicant for processing.

I think that they pick and choose what they wanna do because I moved into a place 3 weeks ago through them and it was absolutely terrible they claim it was painted but being a painter of 25 years it definitely was not painted. But the other issues they have taken 3 weeks to take care of and these are safety issues like my handrail out front come straight out of the ground and fall over, the front door Threshold is completely rotted out and is falling apart to the point my children trip on it and fall out the front door the deck that in the back about 15 feet in the air has rotted boards, spindles

My husband and I have been renting in Middletown through DPM since last august. I’ve gotta say despite all of the negative reviews people have left through google, we have experienced the opposite! Nikki has been nothing but professional, helpful and responsive. We love where we are renting (although we can’t wait to own our own home) we did extend our lease through august 2021. There were a few things that needed to be addressed in our condo when we moved in and an issue with our fridge (which was replaced promptly the next day it burnt out with a beautiful stainless steel fridge). 2. Charge for removing Tenant’s items left in unit$200.00 ( I left only the mattress)
3. Charge for removal of furniture left in dumpster$200.00 (I left only the mattress)
4. Charge for cleaning, unit

I just recently started working with them. I was looking at a property. My old landlord said that I owed money,but i went to court with him and won. I gave my fee for the place and I was told by Nikki that all I needed was September payment, this was back in October of this year. And then I would be approved, Long story short I never got approved and or the house. And she has no proof from my landlord except this email,when asked if she wanted my proof she told me no. Smh. So I basically feel like I just got played out of my money and she was never going to let me move in.

DO NOT USE this company. They are very rude and will lie to you. The beginning of May I found out my tenant had moved out, when I called Nikki about this she said she had emailed me that my tenant had moved out, she did not. Since May she's been telling me that she has someone looking at the house, it's always on a Thurs., then when I haven't heard from her, I email her and it's either they didn't turned in the application or they didn't qualify. Bunch of crooks and liars! The communication is terrible and will take to court in a blink of an eye. They make it clear that they don't have time or desire to work with you. The secretary, Alicia or Alysha, sounds nice and sweet on the phone but she's sneaky and untrustworthy. She eighter doesn't give your messages to her boss, Nikki, or they are both playing nasty games with tenants. Stay away if you can!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO star. Horrible management. Nikki is a liar, manipulative and absolutely evil sorry excuse of a person. She will lie on you in court and give them false documents with false infos. She has no problem throwing you and your little ones out on the street. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE STRESS AND MENTAL BREAK DOWN. Disgusting!

Do not use them as your management company. They seldom communicate with you or other property owners and when they do, they have poor unprofessional attitudes. You call them to ask a question and they act like you are annoying them as in "how dare you call us?". You have to call them several times before you get a return call. They take your fees but do very little in return if anything. Also, when you send them your check, they usually will not cash it for upwards to a month or longer. I've had to wait 2 months before - floating a check because they had not gotten around to cashing it yet. Their
