This is a joke of a property management company. After dealing with Abby, who answers their phones, I'm glad I didn't rent from this company. I had been calling for months about multiple houses and she still couldn't figure out how to call me back when she said she would and she constantly had bad excuses about why she didn't. They are super frustrating to deal with and I wouldn't want to rent from them or pay them to manage my house.

I wish that I had read the reviews before renting through this company. We moved from Texas to Deleware 2 weeks ago and Abby and Jessica have avoided our calls, emails etc every since they received our money. Luckily the owner of our rental house is nice and quickly calls back. Both Abby and Jessica have lied about the condition of the home (filthy) and some rooms started being painted but not completed, tons of repairs need done still (doors broken, windows broken, porch railing broken, sink faucet broken). No one came to see this property in weeks. The cleaning company told us they were here

I have never had an experience with another company that was as bad as what I experienced with these people. If I need a house that need management I would steer clear of these people. I would also never rent a house that they managed. Worst customer service you can imagine after they cancel reservations and double the cost of a property without notice

BEWARE!!!I am giving this company 1 star only because there is no option for less. This is a scam artist company, they will quote you one price and then after you make all of your plans they will just cancel your reservation and tell you that if you want to rent that same property the price is twice the amount that you were quoted. They're customer service is absolutely horrific. I would never deal with this company again.
