My first recommendation came from my Hospice team at the Huntsman. They told me this funeral home would take care of me. At a time when my world was rocked by my mothers passing, Caleb Cash delivered a smooth transition to the final details. Not only did he help me with my mothers cremation, he provided help with my obituary details. You could not ask for a better and very professional person to complete my details. You will be highly satisfied and feel comfortable at a very difficult stage of your life.

I suppose a funeral home is an odd thing to review. But when the time comes that you need to use one is the time you are exceptionally tender emotionally and decisions can be difficult to make. My husband died unexpectedly Sept. 1, 2020. These folks were recommended to me by a friend. It wasn't like I'd had any experience using or choosing one before. All I can say is they didn't disappoint. So very kind and thoughtful. They were affordable and didn't try to upsell every little thing. They offered all the basics on a financial scale that was doable, but still represented

Do not recommend. We were working with this funeral home long distance and received a different story and different people each time we called. Adam and Lee did not coordinate. They lied to us and did not follow up on our inquiries. They caused additional stress on the deceased widow, who is 96 years old. Poor business practice.

I cannot say enough about Lehi and his team at Serenity Funeral Home. They treated us like family and took care of every last detail to make my mother's passing and service as peaceful and respectful as possible. I even received a phone call from Lehi last week, a month after my mom's passing, just asking how I was doing and to tell me how much he enjoyed working with my family. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our family was so touched and amazed at how well Serenity Funeral Home took care of my Dad when he passed last month. Lehi Rodiguez went above and beyond to make it a special experience for us.
