Darryl was recommended by my realtor and I'm very glad she did. Darryl did an very thorough inspection and went over everything with me. He had recommendations for me what definitely needing fixing right away and what could be done later. I felt very confident with Darryl and Dee Dee and would recommend them highly. I am a first time home buyer and as many know things can get overwhelming. From setting up my appointment to the actual inspection I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Dee was very professional yet down to earth and most of all patient. I had to reschedule several times and they never made me feel like it was an inconvenience.

Darryl gave us a very detailed inspection and thoroughly explained everything. We are first time homebuyers and didn't have a clue what to expect. It was clear that he is very knowledgeable and compassionate about his work. He and his wife Dee Dee, who set everything up, are both absolute sweethearts and I would highly recommend them!

Darryl was very prompt and efficient. He was also very personable. My husband and I felt like we received a VERY thorough home inspection. We placed bids on two different homes and called upon Darryl to inspect both times. After the inspection, he walked us through everything he inspected and gave a thorough, easy to understand explanation of the inspection and his recommendations. Dee Dee was very good about confirming appointments and following up. The cost for the inspection was very reasonable. We also have family who have used Darryl for their home inspections and they were pleased as well
