They told me and apartment was ready for me August of 2020. They just needed a few updated papers. And then a few more. ALLL of my paperwork ended up expiring twice over and in the meantime I ended up couch-surfing because they were taking so long. In Jan 2021, I finally ended up begging another complex to take me in, as I had nowhere else to go. 3 days later, these people called me, telling me they were waiting on just one more paper. Which I sent them, and I still have the email where I sent it to them and Carmen, the assistant property manager, replied “Got it, thanks.” I don’t believe

Recent tenant for 6 years. Water bill for family of 2 exceeded $120 per month which is 3x the average amount. So add an extra 120 to your overall monthly rent. They request access to your unit every other week. Every year there is a new maintenance guy and office staff. The building have mold and they spray/paint over it. They request you sign your lease renewal 3 months in advance. They require good credit for affordable housing not worth the hassle rent elsewhere.

HORRIBLE place to live. Ghetto people managing the place and living in the apartments. The police are called constantly for drug deals, violence, vandalism. I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live a peaceful decent life especially with children. And for sure don't rent an apartment on the first floor esp if you are not HUD recipient because you will be wasting a whole lot of money to live in constant noise from the people above you. My family's life has improved dramatically upon moving out of these apartments. It was the worst year and a half of our lives. You were warned
