Terrible experience! Terrible customer service! Heidi at the front desk was rude on the phone before I even got to the hotel. Asked for an early check in.. due to the weather, my boyfriend was stranded on the side of the road in his truck overnight. All he wanted was a hot shower. However they didn’t accommodate that at all. Apparently every single room (double Queen standard room..) wasn’t available until check in. Said they would call if anything became available before. No call. Maybe they should have called and offered a different type of room and a different charge that was available.

My husband was at tin lizzie's. Went to kiosk to get money. Got a stub telling him to go to cage. Went and was told to not cash it in so as not 2 b charged for it. Was charged for it without turning it in. Went back next day with stub as proof it wasn't cashed I.n Got that settled and then ANOTHER 400. 00 WAS TAKEN OUT
. HAD TO COME HOME AND GET OUR PERSONAL bank to settle it. What an extreme hassle. Probably wont be back. Very disappointed in the whole thing.Tin Lizzie's never did anything at all to help

Brandy was our dealer for black jack, she made our experience amazing and Dave from Patty O'neils was the best, both were super funny and very personable. I know theres a saying to not be a dave but when it come to THE DAVE there is no other dave to be! The hotel was beautiful and service was great all around! Will definitely return!

I don't gamble much and when I do it's only penny slots HOWEVER I work in Deadwood and need to take a day and explore what is there so that I can give my customers a better experience when they ask me what is a good place to eat Etc and so on I did not realize in the tin Lizzie complex which is Beautiful by the way it has changed so much but I did not realize that besides their restaurants snitches which I have not tried and I hear it is wonderful they have a soup and salad bar called the bowl and I'm always looking for place to get a good salad because Deadwood is so full of pizza hamburgers and

Writing my review after gambling about 15700 points in the past few months at this casino. For the level of gaming that I did there, I would have to say you do not get good returns on free play and motel rooms there compared to other casinos in town. I went from free motel rooms every day to no free motel rooms for the month of December and and my weekly free play is far less than other casinos in the area. The food is good there if you are wanting to play slots, I would recommend a couple of the other larger casinos in the area where you will get more of a return and be more appreciated. especially

I'm sadden to say the reviews are be correct. My family and I are happy with the hotel and pool area. The table games are a joke. We were having a good time playing blackjack. The adjacent table was full of young people whooping and hollering, having a great time. We were joking that we wanted to do the same, so we all started cheering whenever the dealer busted or someone got blackjack. This was not what the pit boss wanted to hear. He warned the adjacent table they were being too loud , and then next our table. The other table left as did we (this was at 8:30 on a holiday). I thought gambling

My review is for the T Grille. I'm on the 24th day of my road trip and this was by far my worst dining experience. Once I was seated I waited about 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I watched people seated after me get their drinks and soup and salad bar. I finally got someone to come over and he was pretty rude. Placed my order and went up to the soup bar. There were six choices that covered a wood spectrum but the ones I tried had little flavor. The lettuce was turning brown and the rolls were not fresh. I stayed in the Hampton Inn at the Tin Lizzie and had....for the most part an enjoyable experience.
Tin Lizzie is one of the better gambling establishments in the Deadwood area. It's large with plenty of slots to play with as well as tables to play roulette, black jack, poker, etc. The waitresses at the casino are super friendly and make sure that if your gaming that your beer is always full.
My stay at the Hampton Inn located within the property was comfortable and enjoyable. My only real problem with my experience at the Tin Lizzie was my experience at Paddy O Neil's...please see

This review is for the restaurant only- we arrived for the breakfast buffet after reading about it online. The advertised "senior" price is not offered unless you go back to the casino and sign up for some sort of players card. Then I took a look at the food on the buffet, powdered eggs, some apples and canned fruit cocktail. Ridiculously overpriced and pathetic- a free breakfast at a motel would have been better. We went to the Silverado and it was incredible- prime rib- even for breakfast, omelette and egg station, eggs Benedict, chicken fried steak, ham and amazing fruit.

OK was here for Sturgis and friends recommended the food here. We first went to the Irish Bar there and decided to try the buffet... BIG MISTAKE.. My friends recommended the bar, I should have listened more carefully. The Buffet was expensive, food was cold or just poor quality and I would not recommend it to anyone .. and it was a typical cafe type seating... ...Stay away. On a positive note, the Irish bar looked pretty nice.

I spent a few hours at the poker table only to leave and find out my new car wouldn't start. The pit boss, Jesse (boss man), found me a room to stay in the Hampton and even found me a pack of cigarettes since I was unable to travel to get more. I am exceptionally grateful for this hospitality and the room was great! Thanks for taking such good care of your customers!

I liked the ham and sausage, but pancakes were cold, some soggy. Wife thought gravy for biscuits was too salty. Scrambled eggs were ok. Biscuits were good. No fresh fruit.
Unless you want coffee, drinks are extra, no refills on milk.
Something didn't set well with my stomach. I think the grapefruit was bad.

Not a bad place. Giving it 4/5 for what it is. We came here to eat more than anything. Looking for somewhere cheap with food that wasn't awful. We weren't disappointed. Food was cheap and tasted good, no complaints at all. Salad bar was nice and choice of soup was good. Their meal combo deals were great for the price as well. Would come here again.
