I have never in my life experienced such incompetence, negligence, and absurdity. If I could leave negative stars for this property management company, I would. Whomever is in charge over there should be completely and utterly shamed.
My dishwasher broke almost two months ago.
My backyard gate broke almost three months ago. Yes, you read that correctly, THREE MONTHS AGO.
If you're wondering whether or not they've been repaired, they have not. If you're wondering whether I've been given FIVE fake appointments for my dishwasher only to stay home all day and realize that no-one is calling or showing

Have rented from this company for 2 years and now they are jacking up the monthly rent over 10% “because they can”, based on my call to inquire why. During the past 2 years, we’ve had the AC, furnace and refrigerator broke and they drag their feet to get anything fixed timely. The AC was out when it was 116 degrees outside and they said do the best you can for a week while people in our area died from the heat. Same with the furnace during a holiday week. Took 2 months to get a new fridge while we lived out of a cooler and lost hundreds of dollars in spoiled food. They do zero proactive maintenance

We have lived in our home going on 5 years now and have renewed our lease several times and they have always been willing to negotiate a fair rental increase price which we appreciate. During the pandemic, the company didn’t raise anyones rent because of the economy at the time.
While we have had several maintenance issues with our home, Pathlight has always handled the issues promptly and getting the problems repaired. Over the years their customer service has and response times have improved tremendously. I know there are a lot of negative reviews on this company but my family has honestly

I dealt with slow response times for issue during COVID in my 18 months renting this house. I’d get a reminder EVERY day for 10 days BEFORE my rent was due, despite having never paid late. For that they were prompt.
When I gave notice to vacate, I was helpful to the agents, allowing the house to be shown to potential renters while I was still living there. Upon moving out I moved and edged the lawn. Mopped all tile floors, steam cleaned the carpets, thoroughly cleaned kitchen and bathrooms and blew out the garage. The place looked considerably better than when I moved in.

Pathlight has been very unimpressive since starting the rental process. I did a walk through and. It’s many items that were not even remotely addressed before moving in. Most notably, the yard is a disaster with debris piles (that violate HOA covenants), the previous tenant left items behind to include a 4+ foot dresser mirror (can’t just throw it in a garbage, probably going to have to pay on my own to have it picked up), the gutters are all completely full of leaves/pine needles, the previous tenant dumped all of the shrub branches into the back corner of the backyard and had piles of grass

We have lived across the street from this rental property in Gainesville Va. for five years and have watched a variety of families live there. No one has been happy with the out of state property manager. The upstairs AC was out two months this past summer as the former residents fought with Pathlight to replace it. Nothing has been done to maintain the appearance or integrity of the home for many years. The exterior is in bad need of paint and repair. The wood windows have rotted to the point that mold and water damage are visible inside the house. The house has been sitting vacant this fall for

We thought this would be a good experience, we were wrong! We relocated to an area we were unfamiliar with so thought this was a good option. We received our keys Thanksgiving Day and spent our first holiday weekend in our new state and $500 of our own money on paint and cleaning supplies. It took my husband and I three 8 hour days to get it done! Every light switch was filthy, hair in the shower drains, hair along the carpeted areas and walls, walls were EXTREMELY dirty, every surface needed to be cleaned. The house was absolutely filthy. The movers were coming with our household goods that Monday

The biggest problem with this company is the lack of accountability and the inability to escalate issues. After 2 years I still have a rotten deck, a substandard AC unit, plumbing problems, lawn problems that the HOA has made repeated complaints about, a taped in window from March 2021 and substandard AC. They are vigorous with regards to collect rent and increase the rent but revolting with regards to fixing structural issues.

Do not do business with Home Partners or Pathlight Property Management. They do not care about you or the property. They only care about taking your money. They do not want you to ever buy the home as they prefer to keep you paying above market costs to live in the property. I was suppose to move in this past Monday but when I arrived the home was a disaster. The place was filthy, the AC did not work, the pool was green with frogs in it, huge branches were all over the roof, the lawn had not been touched in weeks, used hair products all over the kitchen floor and more see pics. Now 6 days past

The absolute worst renting management in the DFW metroplex. We have been renting for the last 10 years and by far this is the worst management we have come across. We have had multiple people come and look at what’s wrong with the inside of our house, roofing, electrical problems and our pool filter and pump have now busted. We have reported problems various times and it’s always “oh we’re so sorry, we will send someone out to check it immediately.” Not once has anything been fixed, we’ve had to spend our own money with no reimbursement because we have to take matters into our own hands
