We'll touch base with the customer and walk them through the options available for the rental home. For every client who signs a management contract with us, we'll pay you $500 as a thank you! When you send a referral to the A Plus Management team, you're not saying goodbye to future sales; instead, let us handle the home's management and we'll refer future transactions back to you.
I'm using A+ on my first rental property and I wanted someone who allowed me to be hands on, communicated well, placed high quality tenants, and would answer my questions along the way. We worked with Amy with A-Plus to help us manage our rental property. It started off wonderful though she seemed quick to spend for maintenance without considering if the tenant was responsible. That is until we considered selling our property. Amy let us know that if we did not use her to sell it that it would terminate our PM agreement with her. She offered a cheaper rate and so we listed the property with her. We had not seen the condition of the property since just before the tenant moved in when it had all new flooring throughout the entire property and fresh paint etc.

My experience with Ms. Amy Karns and Aplus Management was a complete nightmare! Ms. Karns communication was unprofessional and rude. Regarding showings of the property Ms. Karns attitude was so challenging and aggressive that I had to acquire an Attorney. Formal complaints have been filed regarding the behavior of Ms. Karns and her poor ethical behavior towards myself and family. I would NOT recommend Ms. Karns or Aplus Management to anyone.

What a nightmare we had when we listed our house for sale with Amy Karns at A Plus Management. She had managed the property for about 2 1/2 years with a couple issues. Be sure to read your mgmt agreement before signing up with her. We were going to list our home for sale with another agent until we found out we couldn't. As part of the agreement we weren't allowed to list with the agent of our choice until the mgmt agreement was done so we had to list our home with Amy. That's when our nightmare started. Throughout the whole escrow it seemed Amy worked for herself and the buyers

We loved our experience with A Plus Management. They were easy to work with, quick to respond, and very communicative about our property!
They even went above and beyond and had work orders complete almost immediately. If the property wasn’t so far from my new job, I would’ve stayed in a heartbeat. They don’t nickel and dime you, they really do lease great properties with great value, location, amenities, and a good neighborhood!
Would absolutely utilize them again in the future if needed!
