They are terrible. We couldn’t move in our townhome that we had already paid rent for until 2 weeks after we were.. on top of that we couldnt even stay in it when we did get our key because we couldn’t get the electricity on because it was still listed as vacant! Then they knew it was water damage and still let us move.. we’ve been putting in work orders since October 6 and still nothing is done. We’ve had several leaks from plumbing issues. People stay coming and trying to walk in our townhome because it’s supposedly listed as vacant so they say. Someone came to check the water damage

I have been with OmniKey for many years now but this is the first time I have been asked for a review. In 2019 / 2020 my rating would have been 5 stars, but my experience over the past year or two has changed that perspective. I have two concerns now: 1) They do not share my sense of urgency. I have had two houses stand vacant for several months each at a time when the market is so hot we should have turned them much more quickly. I had to continually prod to get things moving, which leads me to my second concern. 2) I have to spend too much time managing and worrying about things when I shouldn’t

Just a few examples of the horrible things I have had to put up with from these people as a tenant on one of their properties:
When I moved into the property on move-in day the property was just as the previous tenant had left it. No cleaning had been done. Had to move all of my stuff into the garage until they were finally able to clean the property and make it move-in ready.
Most recently I received an eviction notice in the mail that said I have 72 hours to leave Property because I have not paid rent. I have not once been late on rent. When I called they said it was a mistake on their end

I really do regret doing business with Omnikey. Sometimes you have a bad encounter with 1 person and it isn’t necessarily an indication of the business as a whole. But I’ve had interactions with multiple people and each one has been disappointing in the level of professionalism and customer service.

Omni Realty is a horrible company. They are the opposite of helpful, transparent, and everything that you would want when trying to find a home. The applications department is ZERO help and has no knowledge on your situation. The property managers are entirely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I received 8 different stories regarding my situation with them each time I called. This has been without a doubt the worst experience I have ever been through trying to rent a property, and I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

My husband and I were looking for a house for our little family and we came across one on Facebook that David had posted and we immediately went and viewed it the next day. We fell in love with it and started the process. It went very smoothly besides a small misunderstanding on David’s part, but Zach straightened that out and was very helpful and understanding! Come home from work to no eleelectricity. Clesrly states jn my lease that the landlord pays for it but apparently miss Teresa doesn't know how to read. Do not ever do business with these people. Im out $500 for a deposit to get electric back on because I'm pregnant and I have a toddler. Will have to take them to court.

I'm convinced any review this company has over 1 star is one that they either paid for or did themselves. Attached is a copy of my move out list that was charged from my deposit. And the unreal prices that were charged I had all carpets cleaned before moving out there was NO trash also 75 for a toilet paper roll 85 dollars for a toilet seat 85 dollars for a window screen 8 dollars for 1 light bulb 150 for trash removal what trash ? My complaint about Omnikey Realty is that after we left the rental house deep cleaned, they decided to keep $150 of my deposit for cleaning. What a joke! I even sent pictures(as proof) to the owner of the property since he contacted me, to let him know that the house was nice, clean and ready for sale! He even posted an ad in Zillow mentioning that the person that lived there was Mr. Clean. The funny part, it's when I moved into the property the toilet, the shower were dirty and the floor needed to be cleaned as well. This is how professional Omnikey is! Stealing part of your own money

I wouldn't recommend this property management (PM) to my enemies. Unprofessional, unresponsive to landlords and tenants, and yes they are cheap but you will be getting the service you paid for. I was with this company for 2 years and I regret staying with them. I didn't want to leave because they were cheap, but I wish I paid more for a better PM. I found a better PM, they're on the pricier side, but so much worth it. Total opposite of Omnikey. You've been warned!

The worst Management Company to manage your properties. No professionalism, hard to get in contact with someone, and they don't care for your properties and tenants. You call their office to ask them about a certain issue on your property, but can never get in contact. You leave voice messages and write messages on their portal, but you will never get any reply. You have to keep contacting them or else you'll never get a response. I started emailing the departments and adding the CEO of the company to get some kind of response. Don't get me wrong not everyone was bad at their job

The only real reviews on here are the 1 stars; the rest are generated with a service to help bolster their online reputation (with a few exceptions). We rented from this management company for 4 years. Their customer service is completely lacking. It's very difficult to get in contact with them when you need help. They once ignored our fallen fence for 2 months until our neighbor decided to pay the entire cost himself. They will not return your deposit without finding something to spend it on even if it doesn't fall in your contract (Full disclosure: We're in a battle currently disputing

I recently reached out to OmniKey as a real estate broker to help me buy a few investment properties. I found them to be rude, unresponsive and unhelpful. When I wanted to write two offers, they didn't even respond to my email other than to say they don't work on weekends and I should use some web-based calendar tool they use to try to get 15 minutes of time with a broker. They then cancelled the meeting I scheduled at their request, and they cancelled it just minutes before the appointed time.
