Excel Association Management is solely focused on the Community Association industry, allowing us to be responsive to the ever-changing requirements of your homeowners or condominium association and stay abreast of current trends that may impact your community. We provide full managerial services to community associations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Our main office is located in Plano, Texas with a satellite office in Hurst, Texas. Between our office locations and our personnel, contacts, and technology, Excel Association Management is able to provide effective management solutions to community associations throughout the North Texas areas. We also provide financial management, consulting, & administrative services to community associations throughout the nation.

Excel's primary objective is to assist the Board of Directors in managing your association in order to protect the investment of the association members, and to achieve the goals of the association in the most effective manner possible. Excel Association Management, Inc. was founded in 1991 based on the commitment to provide the highest quality of service possible to the community associations it manages.
We work very hard to insure that our phone staff (community specialists) have the tools available to answer any homeowner question for any community. However, each community also has special rules or processes that may require attention from their community-specific team.

Your community will have a manager, who is the board's direct point of contact on all community-related issues and day-to-day operations; a community specialist, who supports the manager in handling homeowner contacts; and an Excel Director, who can assist on any high level issues/directives.Excel's team comes from diverse backgrounds with strong customer service skills.
Excel Association Management provides professional community management services, offering developer services, HOA management, condo management, and project coordination services. With over 25 years in the association management industry, Excel is able to assist in any of your management needs. HOA management is a huge responsibility and commitment.
Please use our Vendor Services forms for New Vendor Setup or Vendor Change Payment Type to begin participating in our preferred payment program. Our new preferred payment method is virtual credit cards. These payments will be made specifically for your payment with remittance invoice level detail.
Your account number and Association ID should populate in their payment form automatically for you. The Management Company ID will be 3002. You can make one-time or recurring payments via Credit Card or by E-check. Please note that additional convenience fees are charged by the bank for these payment options.

Over the past year, I have sent at least 3 emails and submitted around 3-5 requests/questions through their resident portal. So far, I have gotten ZERO responses on my requests/questions. I understand that some of the requests/questions may need to be passed to the HOA board. However, I have received no acknowledgement of my requests (which I would expect at a minimum) and no follow ups on decisions. If you send out emails asking for homeowners to ensure fencing is in compliance with HOA rules, I would expect for timely responses on requests related to questions regarding repairing/rebuilding a

Thanks for the quick response to the problem my family and I are experiencing with someone in our neighborhood. We are extremely appreciative of your companies assistance with the matter. We were beginning to think that no one cared after our own Property manager "Blew" our concern "Off" and after the Police said it was nothing that they could do without seeing the person in the act. So "THANKS" again for showing concern to a very irritating situation when it seemed as though we were going to be left to figure the problem out on our own.

Very frustrated because of the HOA handling my freeze damage claim and treating me very unfairly and offering to pay me around 1,500, while the contractor's invoice is 13,000 in addition to 2 invoices from plumbers are for almost 2,000.the plumber and the contractors are threatening to place a lien on my home.
Derrick is the most unprofessional and rude person to deal with. His way of handling my issues are very frustrating and he doesn't even return calls. Based on the HOA bylaws, the HOA is responsible for a lot more than what they want to pay. The HOA is supposed to cover insulation, mitigation

I am one of the home owners for the condo where they are using Excel association mgmt HOA.Please don't use this service ,they don't have any advanced tool,their payment system is too old ,not user friendly in short sucks.They are still using mailing services and not updating anything via emails or phones.Very good with applying charges by saying we sent you a mail.Make sure if your are planning to buy a condo and it's has this HOA service never buy,they ruined my credit for silly late fee charges.

I have lived in my community for over 20 years. Excel Association Management has done an awful job the entire time. They use the highest priced vendors that provide lousy services. Most residents feel like they only use vendors that give them kickbacks. We spent $30,000 on new landscaping (that we did not need) only to have the city say it was against code and took it out a year later.

My strongest advice is to avoid this company at all cost.

I've dealt with this company for 10 years. They have always been responsive to all my concerns and questions in a quick, efficient manner. Every time I have called, I have dealt with a person who is engaging and listens with intention. My dealings with this establishment have been horrific. Was told when I purchased my home that trash bins may be kept outside as long as they are camouflaged by some sort of foliage or shrubbery. Today, I received an email which stated that my trash bin was visible from the street. Because I have planted a shrub and hidden the bin behind it, I was somewhat surprised that they fined me $50 for a "first time violation."
I called and spoke to my community director that assessed the fine and was told that my "bush was too skinny." Jokes aside, this is absolutely ridiculous and
