Horrible customer service. Started with saying they would replace something and then later down the line told us we just needed to replace it ourself. The day we moved in the dishwasher was flooded and when we requested maintenance, first they blamed us. After I fought that since I didn't even have a dish unpacked to wash a load because it was the DAY we moved in, they finally got someone out. I am the property owner of the property in Murphy Texas that was managed by First choice realtors since 2014. They first few years were good and was managed well by the property manager. Since then that manager left and they quality of property management gradually deteriorated .

We lived at a rental property in Saginaw for several years. Luckily I was smart enough to take lots of photos before we moved in, after we moved out and kept EVERY email we had. When we got the letter stating how much they were taking out of our deposit I was shocked. They tried to charge us to rekey the house and because the bathroom wasn't clean enough (even though we paid the person that they wanted us to pay to clean the whole house). So we took them to court and we won a judgement.

I agree with the other Reviewers here. They were the property management company of a home we rented and it was a terrible experience. According to their "policies" they are unable to do any repairs to the home unless the owner agrees. We had to fight for every repair.
We had to wait until the fence literally fell over before they would fix it (and even that took a few weeks), when all that it needed was to have a lock repaired/replaced 12 MONTHS prior. BEWARE of this company!!! I do not appreciate Lindsay F. making it seem like I was not a customer of this terrible company. Believe me, I wish I hadn't been a customer. Again, the service was terrible from the beginning, and the house was disgusting when we first moved in. I left the house cleaner when I moved out than it was when I moved in and yet they stole $600 dollars of my deposit.

I can't express in words how unethical this realty group is. They literally left our family (father, expecting mother, and 4 year old son) without a home on the street. We were two weeks away from moving into a home in Plano. Jerri and her team not only accepted our offer on a home but took possession of over $3k worth of certified funds on this home. We secured a moving company, purchased a washer and dryer for the home and more only be told 2 weeks prior that they would like us to pay more for the home in order to keep it as our future residence. I would avoid this company. We used them for property management prior to putting our home on the market. We felt as though we worked for them. Communication was poor. Enforcement of HOA rules and leasing agreement with our tenant was non-existent. They are much better at excuses than anything else. Please do yourself a favor and contact another firm.
