Cresco Montessori School is a full-service private school, learning center, and day care for children ages of 6 weeks to 6 years. Cresco is derived from a Latin word meaning "to grow, increase, or expand." It reflects the positive role that we play in our children's education. We follow the Montessori philosophy with the fundamental tenet within social environment which supports each individual's unique development.
Our campuses include those in Marietta, Johns Creek, Buford, and Woodstock. If you've been looking for a safe place for your children to stay and learn on a full time, part-time, or drop-in basis, we're the one to call.

Services
By the time most children reach the age of 3 children are now ready to explore the big world. They show signs of wanting to be independent, wanting to learn about real things, wanting to learn how to successfully manipulate their environment. The goal of Primary Montessori Program is to promote child development by focussing on Practical Life, Language, Sensorial Activities, Cultural Studies and Mathematics.
Our Scholarship Program is funded though Apogee with donation of Georgia Income Tax by parents or any Georgia tax payers. In 2008, the Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit law was passed by the Georgia General Assembly, allowing up to $50 million dollars per year in state taxes to be allocated to private education through Student Scholarship Organizations (SSOs).
I would like to say thank you for a great experience at the Cresco Montessori School in Marietta. My family was new to GA when selecting Creative Montessori for our children and it has been such a blessing in our lives. I had been able to stay home with our three children until we moved to GA and was reluctant to put my children in any childcare and nervous about how they would respond.

As a mom of a "spirited" child, I am SO THANKFUL for the amazing support my daughter received both socially and scholastically. Every one of the teachers and front office staff made us feel at home from day one. My daughter learned more than I could have dreamed was possible in the 2 years we were blessed to be part of the Cresco family. Now that she is in kindergarten we wish we could go back!

Cresco is a great preschool that offered a loving and caring environment for our 2 daughters who learnt to be great readers through the program. The teachers and staff at Cresco were skilled and friendly, always welcomed feedback and strove to create a family like emvironment. Keep up the good work!

I LOVE this school! Our daughter went there for Pre-K 2015-2016 school year. They have Georgia PreK so we only had to pay for food. A Montessori education that was practically free! I went to a Montessori perschool and wanted our daughter to have that experience.Having multiple age ranges in a class benefits all the students for different reasons. I think Montessori method with student driven learning is wonderful for curious children. The student to teacher ration is 10 or 11 to 1 with 3 teachers per class.
I love that this school is willing to push the kids to the extent each child is willing

I've never had the biggest headache ever setting up a tour with a child care facility. Over three days I was given the run around and each day was different information. I even had the director call me back to argue with me. The lack of customer service is apparent and I am happy to see the personality of the staff prior to giving my money. First impressions is everything.!

We put our son there when he was in the infant room and loved it! He was there until he moved into the toddler room and we took him out to be with me while on maternity leave. Now that I am going back to work our new son is in the infant room and our two and a half year old is back with his friends. On his first day back he just walked right into his room just as happy as can be. He would never do that if he wasn't happy there or if they weren't good to him. If I ever had any issues or concerns the Director has put them at ease and problem solved quickly. Our personal experience has been awesome
