Services
A (per month) pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A non-refundable pet fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

There’s never anyone in the leasing office. I’ve been trying to get an application for a week and no one is ever available at multiple different times throughout the day (during posted work hours). Doesn’t matter if I call or if I stop in, leasing office is locked and the phone rings without voicemail

I pay almost 1000$ a month to live here. They have taken our computer room and community room away. Now they want to charge us for water that we pay a 3% rate on our rent for, when that was pointed out to them they decided it was to heat the hallways and water to the washer. If they upgraded anything in any of the apartments unless they are trying to rent it, it would be outstanding but I have not had new carpet or paint in ten years , some do not have air. Some have heat that has to be hand started at the furnace ....do.not move here

Definitely one of the better apartments compared to any others in this area. Its perfect for the type of families who have the income required, with good enough space and just, nowhere near as many problems as other places. Plus if you have kids, which you probably do if you're looking for a 3 bedroom, as of now, they're several other families with kids so they'll probably be entertained w/ each other.

I have been here for about 2 years now. 1 with my parents and almost 1 year on my own. When I moved in with my boyfriend at the time and I were PROMISED bedroom doors within two weeks. I have yet to get them and its been almost a year in July. I have messaged, the landlord numerous times about it, so has my ex and my mother asked well. We even filled out the maintenance forms numerous times as well so the maintenance guy sees it. Still nothing has been done. I either get nothing back, or the run around. If it wasn't for my parents Iiving here, I would be long gone by now. I JUST WANT MY PRIVACY

You literally get what you pay for. Management is great but the apartment sucks. I have done laundry only a handful of times and every time I do they don’t dry. I have had them in the dryer for 2 hrs. And they are still damp. They should be fixed, replaced, add more or add washer/dryer hook ups in all apartments. I have had to take my laundry down a flight of stairs and over to my mom’s to wash. And then have to lug it back up the stairs. I have done this for nearly 2 years now and enough is enough. Fix this issue!!

Next year I plan on moving here I live in Paxton Illinois now but my family is moving here next year that's why I'm moving here I live in low income housing in Paxton Illinois for over 10 years but since my family is moving I'm going to i have good references and my landlord now will stand up for me.

Do not live here! The laundry room is a nightmare and you will never get your laundry done. It takes 3 times in the dryer and people mess with your things. The people here are awful. I just saw a black man tackle and kick his girlfriend outside. The cops have been called at least once a month. My lease was changed twice illegally because I didn't get an original copy and the front page was torn off an replaced. Everything inside the apartment is falling apart and no one will fix it. You can never get a hold of management ever. My check has been lost and I almost had to pay a late fee. You
