I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. This company does NOT comply with health and safety standards for their community. Instead they pick and choose which tenants to inform of bedbug infestation(s)
They denied renewing my lease because my 18 month old grandchild makes to much noise. A happy healthy toddler who laughs, plays, cries, runs,… throws fits, this apparently made the neighbor (that NEVER leaves her apartment) below me miserable. Her complaints about my 18 month old grandchild and a fan (standard floor fan that was always set on low) got me kicked out. Because I never complained
