Not enough parking for Refinery Building tenants! 22 units and only 8 parking spots, everything else is reserved for Refinery Gym and Events!
Management keeps sending threats to tow our cars. Where are we supposed to park?!
This has been a constant battle for the past 5 years! The tenants are always put aside for the benefit of the Refiny Gym and events, and we don't even have free gym pass!
And don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews…. These reviews were requested by CPM employers when they are closed to their contract review….

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Katie is awesome she is always willing to help and responds quickly. The whole staff is great. I can not say anything bad. This has been a pleasent place to live after moving from a major city. If you need noise the music from the party is welcomed because its always quite.

I purchased a larger parking spot from CPM in spring 2019 in a lot where the other spots were obviously undersized and packed too close. I was promised the spot would remain as is and not be changed for fall semester. I came back to find my spot was split into two spots, and they were selling the other half. They tried to blame the painters for “accidentally” painting in a new spot, which they clearly took advantage of and sold it as a new spot anyway. They said the new spotwas compact only for very small cars and motorcycles. The next day the spot was sold to a regular sized car. I
