Seriously cannot say enough nice things about this complex!! From the moment we went to look at the apartments to signing the lease and even living there for 2 years we never had a bad experience. Renee and Wendy are both so helpful with everything and maintenance staff is wonderful. The maintenance men are quick and reliable as well as friendly! They are a pet friendly complex and our dogs loved staying there!! The pool is always clean and the facilities (never used laundry because we had it in our apartment) were as well. Rent is on the higher side but worth every penny! Being so close to everything

This place was the best. I truly wish I could’ve just taken the whole staff and complex with me to Texas when I moved. The office staff and maintenance staff were always so kind and timely with their responses. I loved the monthly activities they provided in the club house as well as the fresh baked cookies every day.

My wife and I have lived here for a year now and renewed the lease. The maintenance crew has been top notch, and I find that in most cases even for non-emergency requests they arrive same day or next day. Any issues we have are resolved very quickly. Office staff have always been friendly as well. For being right next to Prospect Ave, we hear occasional traffic noise but overall it's much quieter than expected. The location is perfect since we're close to Walmart, Meijer and AMC theater and several restaurants. It's nice being so close to so much in a quiet location, we plan to stay here until

My husband and I were about to pay our application fees and the $100 holding fee when I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with Wendy over the phone. I had been speaking with Renee who was always nice and helpful, but after the conversation with Wendy I never heard from either of them again even though they said they would call me. We wanted a 1 bedroom apartment, advertised for $845+. Then we had to rent with a garage which brought it to $910. Even though this was so expensive for a garage and put us over budget, we decided to go for it. Then my husband found out there is a $20 a month pet

My husband and I lived at Watersedge for 3 years-- we were very sad to leave when our family outgrew the apartment. We never had any issues the entire time we lived there. Facilities are always kept clean, the apartments are in great condition. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was handled within a day (sometimes with an hour--even when it wasn't an emergency). The pool is well maintained and generally not busy unless it's a holiday (4th of July). The complex is very quiet and good for families. I love it at Waters Edge! I feel totally safe here and have never had any issues like some of my friends at other "nice" places in town. There aren't a lot of loud, disruptive parties-in fact, it's very quiet and my neighbors are great. Maintenance actually knows what they are doing here and are always quick about handling problems. The ladies at the office are friendly and go out of their way to help. My apartment is nice and they keep the place up. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet place without a lot of undergrads.

My wife and I have lived here almost a year and have loved every minute of it. From the friendly staff, to the nice neighbors, we couldn't have asked for a better apartment community.
The management is prompt to respond to tenant complaints and concerns, the rent is fair for what you get, and the location can't be beat.
