Overall I like my apartment. Maintenance has always been fast and efficient. I’m writing this review to warn future residents of how inconsistent their leasing office is. I’m not sure what their training is like, but I’ve had several instances where the information has been inconsistent. The biggest disappointment was my lease being incorrect the day I was scheduled to move in. The manager wanted praise for correcting an issue that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. I was also told inconsistent information about the pet fee/ process. The manager had the nerve to throw the contract

HUNTERS POND DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER RENTED. MAINTANCE IS SLOW I HAVE A HOLE IN MY 2ND BATHROOM ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT THEY COME WHEN THEY WANT. LEASING OFFICE IS GARBAGE THEY ARE RUDE AND INCONVENIENT. INTERNET IS TERRIBLE. AND THE COST OF RENT RAISED UP 200 DOLLARS OUTRAGEOUS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. LOUSY NOSEY NEIGHBORS AS WELL. DO NOT RECOMEND LIVING HERE.

Just for clarification , I did not live in this apartment but I would like to share my experience with the process of the application ,pls be careful before paying the application fee !!
after I paid the application fee to move in on 7/12 , they informed me that the current resident might extend his contract and we are going to confirm you before one week if the apartment is going to be available or not !!
the thing is I can not put myself in that situation where I have to wait until the last week to confirm if I am able to move or not and as all you know how it is really hard to find apartment

I lived at hunters pond for 2 years. It was mostly fine with the exception of a few run ins with a couple of Karens. Upon moving out, I was hit with over $1100 worth of charges. The property manager Jared, along with assistant manager, Mariah were beyond rude during the whole move out process. They tried to force me into a month-to-month lease for providing a 30-day notice instead of the required 60. When I refused to agree to it, they defaulted to the late-termination fee outlined in the lease, which is significantly less than the month-to-month rate. Mariah was extremely rude and disrespectful

We have loved our experience here! We found these apartments and a week later we were able to move in. Such an easy transition with the helpful and friendly staff! These apartments are nice and quiet and cheap too! We have a 1 bed 1 bath on the top floor and it's lovely! Has nice storage on the little deck as well!

Moved into Hunters Pond without an in-person tour and management was very helpful in organising my move in within such a short time frame. So far seems like a lovely place to live! The apartment was clean and the complex is well maintained, scenic and peaceful. I have not experienced any of the noise issues mentioned in the other reviews. The location is very close to supermarkets which is also a plus. And most of all, I love the view from my balcony.
