From day one Ashley was very professional, easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. She even contacted me on her day off which she did not have to do. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter as we were both renting separate properties at the same time. We are in love with our new place and our new neighborhood and want to thank her for all she did for us.

Great West has been a pleasure to work with! Anytime we have an issue with our unit, we get it resolved very quickly without any hassle. The property manager, Ashley, is wonderful! She has gone above and beyond to assist us when needed. You always hear horror stories about property management companies... None to report here! I would highly recommend Great West!

Pathetic, impersonal & rude service. The previous management personnel was friendly, accommodating, personal and kind. Now there are extra restrictions, threats of taking action without notice and less liability as cameras have been removed from certain areas. The service has gone completely downhill and quite frankly it’s very off- putting and makes my decision to not rent from them in the future very easy. There is no fixing this for me.

Renter beware. This business is engaged in unfair contractual practices with inexperienced renters (college students). Renters, before you go with this company, make sure that you understand the landlord and tenant laws in Washington. Check your lease carefully and make sure you are asked to sign every page. This company should be avoided. This is unfortunate, because we had high hopes for their support. The support person (Angel) was kind and professional, as an aside, so that is one positive.

I had a walk through scheduled and took time off of work to come see this apartment and was no showed by the realtor. Upon calling the office I was met with a completely unprofessional person but had no idea where their realtor was and said she would text them to get a hold of them and then call me back. I waited half an hour for a reply and still didn’t receive one so had to call the managing company again she never apologized for anything or admitted Any wrong doing on their part and said we just have to reschedule there’s nothing else they could do.

No communication, our house had a huge ant problem and we submitted a work form to get it taken care of and they did nothing. It’s been three months and we have had to work really hard and spend lots of our own money on keeping these pests out of our house. I have never once seen Angel the two times I have been in the office, she had her front desk worker do her job for her and refused to let us fill out a ONE PAGE paper right there, said she needed the information to print it out and have us sign it.

As an HOA they are responsible through dues paid for, upkeep of overall property. I have had bird splatter on my outside window for months waiting for their next window washing. Recently the outside window washing was announced.
After the announced washing, the bird splatter remains. When reported they sent the Window Washing Company but did not come themselves. The window washer accused me of lying and left and was rude!
Great West refuses to respond or assist in any way. Terrible service and responsibility!!!

Rented a property from them in Lawndale townhomes everything was fine at the being till they started adding stuff like you have to pay for parking and the assigned parking spots then they were billing us a water bill that didn't even have our address on there. They were basically trying to make me pay for someone else bill. I will never rent from them and I do that not recommend them at all stay away.
