I did a lot of research and check prices online before ordering from Jay at Ed’s Box I must say very high quality displays with great prices and exceptional customer service. My first order was just two showcases displays but I must say jay the owner worked with me in my budget and make me feel very comfortable and I promise him I will buy more soon. We wanted to re-do 6 of our showcases and went to see Ed and his staff. They were great. They showed us all the different items. They had most everything in stock. They ordered some things that were not in stock that we wanted too.
This is a 5 star business in my book.

I'm not sure it was Ed who serviced us but he did seem like one of the boss.
Anyhow he's great! Friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I'm a very small business owner but often times I feel timid with my small orders, but Ed was very accommodating and serviced us as if we were a big tie buyer! Thats my kind of business! His prices are great. Selection seemed to be good enough for us. Over the phone orders are quick and easy. Very confident they will not screw up on my orders. Will be back again! Keep up the great service and friendly ways Ed!

Great customer service. I get most of my packaging (gift boxes, organza pouches, jewelry displays, gift bags) from here. Their prices are also good and they have a nice sale section with discounted items.
I am giving them 4 stars because the location is kinda crummy, that's downtown for ya, a few crazy homeless people, urine scent sidewalks and such.

It's interesting, I read the review on Yelp and thought, there is a difference between people who buy stuff for themselves and those of us who have businesses. In this economy we watch every penny, so we can save money for the customers and keep our customers happy. The staff is friendly and very skilled. They know where everything is and how to use it. In terms of prices, Ed's is right in the middle. They are one of many suppliers we use for our watch and jewelry retail store/business. But...not the cheapest.
