Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. One of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed in, ROACHES EVERY WHERE, even outside, we had a family of 5/6 racoons fall through our bathroom ceiling and I was locked in a room with my 6month old twins and I was 6months pregnant, the office never answered the phone and I had to jump out of the bedroom window!!! The offices staff laughed and made jokes about it 🤬 we were late on rent once because my newborn son was on life support and everything was upside down and when I explained what was going on to Teresa she said that wasn't her problem. Needless to say we broke our lease and are happy

I was trying to get a place here because I need to move. Had a small debt with an apartment I stayed in about 2 years ago. Was told that if I paid that, I would be approved. Was also told that if I did it by a certain time, that I could move in without having to pay first months rent. So I did that, and attempted to contact the office, could not get through. I just received an email from the assistant manager an hour ago saying that she received everything but they will ask for 1st months rent plus deposit. Seems like I dodged a bullet looking at these reviews. Very disappointed and frustrated

It’s a nice area to live in but to me, the maintenance could do a better job. I had a leak that was never fixed after complaining for months and months. My neighbor had roaches really bad and when they would spray that apartment,of course they would find their way to mine. I’m not going to even say the number of mice I killed in there! It’s looks nice but there are issues that need to be looked into. They never do.

The absolute worst moving experience. I was approved for an apartment a month before move in date. They called 2 days prior and said they didn't have any place for me to stay and this is after they have had my deposit of almost 900 dollars. I had to find a place to live asap because I was supposed to move out of the previous place in 2 days and asked for my deposit back the next day. Instead they offered me a townhome, which I said yes. Because I had no where else to go. They had someone clean the apartment and instead of telling me there are roaches they let me move in and I start seeing them

I recieved a call back on Thursday after I left a message and spoke with Carmen, who said they had a one bedroom coming available in May, which is what I was looking for. She asked when I would like to come see the apartments and I said Saturday at 11, she said perfect. I showed up at 11 and the girl told me showing me an apartment was impossible but I would need to pay the $200 app and admin fee now if I was going to expect to get it. Needless to say I was furious. I drove over 30 minutes to the complex for an appointment just to be turned away and they had the nerve to ask for a non refundable
