This business is not tenant friendly. While renting from the location. They charged me for a issue with the home that I called in for maintenance that clearly should have been taken care of by the homeowner. That was the first issue. Second issue is that upon moving out I reviewed our move in sheet that I listed all damages and issues with the home to the inspection rep upon final move out and was told that they concurred with the issues, granted there were some new issues that I disclosed to them and was fully prepared to cover costs. This agent of Reliant's, Michael Holzhauer, listed two of my homes, which were vacant. He said (while soliciting my listings) that since I was out of area owner that he would help take care of maintenance, and if he couldn't, he would let me know and help me coordinate guys I could pay. For background, I took these out of property management to list for sale.
