My husband and I were moving from Connecticut to Tennessee when we found a rental that we loved. In under 24 hours, everything was taken care of, including the deposit paid in the lease signed. They were wonderful in many ways, helpful and had such quick email responses when we had questions and made us feel comfortable and prepared in all aspects.

While I did not rent from them, Amber was extremely helpful. She was very transparent in what the application process would entail and did not sugarcoat any part of it to convince someone to apply if they would not qualify (which I appreciate). While qualifying is not my issue but the specific type of home I am on the market for is. If My Place Realty does have a property come on the market that fits my needs, I will absolutely submit an application with Amber. Some might consider the “straight to the point” responses brash. However, it is what you need to run a successful business. I can tell

My Place did a great job in managing my property for over 4 years. I never had any issues. I also rented through the agency for a short time and Jennifer was super helpful in helping me find a house that would take 2 large dogs. I would gladly go through this agency again if needed!

We’re a military family and we rented from one of the properties they handle. The townhouses were trashed. Legitimate furniture and trash thrown right in front of my townhome. No notices were sent out to the residents. I had to email multiple times for it to get cleaned up. Which they did, but this was weekly. I drive past often. There still is no resolution there. Thank God I got out of that place when I could. I believe cameras need to be set up or something. Just disgusting. Do not recommend that place.

We used My Place Realty to rent a home. They sat me at a table and went through the entire contract, which left us no questions on what they excepted from me and what I expected from them. I never had to call out a maintenance person. We rented with them for one year. They even did a walkthrough at the end even with the virus going around. We all had on mask and kept our distance. The one on one we got with this company, from beginning to end, was extremely appropriated. We even got most of our deposit back and within a month. I wish they had homes in the new town we moved to, because I would have

The staff at My Place Realty are awful, rude and extremely unprofessional. Not only is the staff unprofessional, but the correspondence of notification published to tents to include the lease agreement is written unprofessionally as well. Every other word is written in all uppercase lettering , bold font followed by exclamation points. Not sure who is running the show at this company but they need to get control of their unprofessional staff. I was scheduled for a viewing of a rental and Sharon texted me repeatedly the night before the showing asking if it was possible to reschedule for an early

Sharon and her staff are amazing! As a novice property owner, they have given me great advice over the past 5 years and have helped me to have the confidence necessary to continue to grow my rental portfolio. I’ve also had great experiences with the vendors who they use for maintenance and repairs. They are timely, professional and very reasonably priced.

Maintance was here within 10 mins of my work order I submitted
He was super nice as is everyone I've dealt with.
The only problem we had was queen city refused to empty the trash for weeks but that had nothing to do with my place and they took care of it. They've always been prompt courteous and even do extra on maintainece for me
I just wish they'd get the mice snakes frogs possums and coons but that's country life 🤣🤣🤣
ETA: My Only Compliant would be the bus stop we have to stand in torrential rain at times tho from my understanding @My Place realty built 3 in a year and the parents
