Must be going thru some changes there ,I had the house we are renting the security alarm was having issues at 5am in the morning and had no code to shut it off and called numerous time sent messages with no return. I have some issues now and no return. I love the house but hope they get these issues with the company worked out . The after hours emergency number no one ever answers.

I've been renting with Busy Bee since July 2021 and while the initial communication was delayed, the new staff really turned around my experience. Our wash machine broke and I was able to reach the staff immediately and they were quick to send a maintenance person to evaluate the problem, then replaced the machine when it was deemed necessary. Thanks to Marketa and Tyler for their communication and assistance!

I've been renting from Busy Bee almost three years and never had an issue. My fridge went wonky the day after Christmas and they had someone out within an hour. I know that's what should happen, but as someone who has rented over half my adult life, I know leasing companies and landlords who act quickly regardless of time of day or night are maybe 3 out of every 10. Everyone there is very friendly and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them. Jordan is great 😀

My family and I have been looking for a home with Megan since we are PCSing from fort hood to fort Campbell next month and she had a viewing for us at 12 pm on the 13th and completely ignored us until we message her again to ask her if she still is going to have us view the house and no reply all day until she messaged around 3 pm saying she is busy viewing houses for others basically. If you want to look for a home through busy bee properties do not work with Megan. Very disappointing!

I am very big on excellent customer service and cannot say that Busy Bee has ever operated below 5 star service since day one. We have been with Busy Bee for about a month now, and everything is great with them! Any issue we've had Jennifer Honeycutt, has solved the issue almost immediately. They answer their service request faster than I have ever seen in a property management company. They were very easy to deal with on move in. They even helped to fix the previous renters left behind mess in an extraordinary way. I would recommend Busy Bee to anyone who is looking for a rental property in the Clarksville area. They have great properties and an amazing staff, and they are reasonable in their pricing.

We are so lucky that Busy Bee took over our lease after it was dropped by another local company. The agents at Busy Bee have never been anything but kind, courteous, and prompt in getting things done! The first rental company we had when we moved here took a very long time for any repairs to get done, even when we had no hot water! However, Busy Bee has always acted promptly; they had someone here the next day when there was an issue with our door. We have a good number of rentals managed by Busy Bee and have extremely satisfied with their level of service over the past two years. We had been with a couple other management companies in Clarksville over the past 10 years, but Busy Bee, by far, is the best of what Clarksville has to offer. Busy Bee (and especially Jordan) are extremely responsive to questions, very courteous, and genuinely care about both the property owner and the tenant. They strike a very fair balance with taking care of both owner and tenant. Very pleased!

I have only been dealing with Busy Bee for going on a year but I can strongly say that they are great!! Everyone in their office that I have dealt with has been very courteous and helpful. My girl JORDAN is the BEST! From the moment you call with an issue, she tackles it and makes sure that any problems that you have are solved.Then she calls to make sure that you are good afterwards... you gotta love her. I cant forget TERRY either...he's awesome! I am thankful to be renting through them.
