Edie Watson failed to do her job upon our move out. They tried to charged us for damages that were very clearly stated on our move in inspection, so I called and talked to Edie to have them corrected and a new move out bill sent. She stated she had to clear the changes with her "accounting team" and a new bill would be sent. Several months later, after zero contact from them, the bill goes to collections and it is the original amount before the changes were made. Extremely unprofessional, not sure how you can call yourself a realtor Edie Watson. Will never recommend renting through 4Rent to anyone

I wish I could rate 0 stars. We applied and called the next day to see if they received the application. They told us that we were approved and they would show us the house the next day. 2 hours before we were supposed to see the house they texted us to tell us that the property was unavailable. We never got to see the property and when we asked how long it has been unavailable they told us “ as of a few minutes ago” all I’m saying is they could have told us before we paid the application fee that they had someone they were interested in looking at the property before us.

I rented from these people for a year. Always helpful and fixed anything we needed. Edie and the other girls that work there are very friendly and were always a joy to see once a month when I came in to pay my rent. When I moved out they sent us a list of things to do to help us get our deposit back. We got most of the money back. Great company, and the people that work their are nice. I definitely recommend this company and if we rent the next time we are stationed at Fort Campbell we plan to go through them.

If you only read the top of this.. Clarksville renters market is tough and sometimes you just have to find a house and not worry about the renter company but if you do have a choice you are better off going with someone else.
It was an overall terrible experience..
-They said they are gonna renew my lease after agreement on the new price per month and then delete the contract and never say they signed it. When I asked to see where they didn’t sign they said the contract is gone.

I rented a property for 6 months, I got a 6 month lease because the appartment was falling apart but I was desperate so I ran with it, The deposit was $600 and they had no central a/c all of the floors were scratched and paint was chipping in every room I got, door handles were put on backwards and the electrical was not up to date by any means, the house was a wreck when I moved in, after completing the lease they had the audacity to only give me $200 back from my deposit, when they knew the property was rough I stayed on top of mowing and even fixed a lot up while I was there, including most

This company recently started managing a couple of my properties. Edie and Sherry have been great to work with. They are prompt with responses and have very capable maintenance guys that have taken care of all the maintenance issues at very moderate costs. Thank you guys for being so great to work with and always notifying us for any and all the issues that come up at our homes. I would definitely recommend this company!!

We contacted 4 Rent Properties in order to manage the rental if our home in Clarksville and they have done a really fabulous job. I love that every time I call there is someone there to answer which is very important to me. They also have a great owners portal that you can access any information you might need regarding your rental. Everyone I have spoken with is super helpful and Edie is very personable, professional and punctual. Our house was rented within one week of being advertised and Edie consulted with us on approval of pets ahead of time which I was not expecting but definitely appreciated
