Tim is punctual, courteous and very informative. He's cautious to consider all repairs no matter how large or small as an urgent matter that should be addreessed for the benefit of the purchaser. I would highly recommend Tim. Tim has been able to accommodate my client's short notice inspection request and even line up colleagues for Termite and Pool Inspection within 12 hours when nobody else could.

Missed many big issues with the property. When asked about them, he said he can't list 100s of cosmetic items for a resale home and he could lose his license. But many of them are not cosmetic - the outdoor electrical sockets missing cover, a hole in the bathroom door, tree hitting the roof of the house, multiple wasp nests and many more. We saw the house in person after the inspection and found many of these things are not listed in his report. Utterly dissatisfied. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The people buying our home hired Timothy to do the inspection on our home. Since it's covid and we work from our home we were there for the inspection. Timothy was accommodating, professional and genuinely a great human. I didn't think much of it because, again, we didn't hire him we just happened to be home when he came. But when he came back 2 days later to pick up a test he had left, he brought my dogs a bag of treats! It was such a nice thing to do and really warmed my heart. If you need a trustworthy and great guy for home inspections, Timothy is your guy!

Upon having the contract on the townhome I was purchasing go under review, I had the opportunity of having Carolina Dream Home Inspection recommended by my real estate agent. Upon contact; Tim was able to make an appointment within a couple of days and within my time frame.
Tim arrived promptly and conducted a thorough and valid inspection paying attention to detail of even the most minor details of the home. I have had dealings with a home inspector in the past of my prior home who did not go into detail in the manor Tim conducted. Any questions I had regarding the home , Tim was able to answer

Carolina Dream Home Inspection is an A+++++ Service company!
Tim Brown did an excellent job! He conducted a long and very thorough inspection of our new home in Concord. After his findings he also took the time to explain or answer any other questions I had. He even responded to our text after the job was done and we had moved in because we had no clue on how to turn on our gas fireplace. He came by on one of his runs in the area and showed us. Not everyone will do that specially with a smile! I highly recommend this company!!!

Working with Carolina Dream Home Inspection was an absolute joy and breeze! My builder and superintendent were not the easiest people to work with during this process - first the power was not turned on, then the water was off, etc. Tim Brown never let this phase him and came out to the property multiple times to make sure everything was inspected properly. His attention to detail gave me peace of mind on multiple items. Tim's willingness to help me went above and beyond anything I could have asked for.
