Mike Lundy was very informative and walked us throughout our home to show us not only what he looked for as an inspector but what we wanted to pay attention to as new homeowners. From the inside to the outside of the home he inspected everything with a fine tooth comb. Definitely will be using Mr. Lundy and his services in the future!!!!!

I had issues at first but Mike came back and rechecked what was missed and reimbursed me for the costs I had accrued having to get this fixed. That was unexpected but much appreciated and helpful because I am definitely on a budget and this being my first home I definitely learned alot and I would recommend Mike in the future!
