Overall all the location was good and staff was friendly. We were in a newly renovated room that was spacious and nice, however the room had sensor light switches that would not turn off. After clicking it to turn off they would turn back on after 20-30 seconds. We called the front desk which was helpful and the worker came up to the room and after awhile used tape and paper to cover the sensors. The lights still would turn on with movement however even the ones in the bathroom due to the mirror and open design of the room. There were no other rooms available so we were instructed to follow up

Booked last minute, had an unfortunate experience.
I really hate to be the person that leaves a bad review, but after reviewing tons and tons of places this year, I have to unfortunately give my first two star review.
We needed a place to stay last minute. We thought it was a little pricey ($331 for one night) for being rated a 2-star hotel on Google. We checked in pretty late and got to our room, which was clean. Because it was so late, we tried to go to bed right away but the light would only stay off for about 30 seconds.
We called the front desk and they were helpful and let us know that

Arrived late on Friday night, when we woke up there were ants and bugs all over the room and in the shower. Asked for it to be addressed and they sent someone to spray the room. I requested a new room and was told it won't be available til the afternoon. They called a few minutes later and had a new room ready quickly, and everything else seemed ok. Then before we checked out they threw out all our unopened snacks from the room assuming we had left, before we had even checked out. She said they thought we had left already, but when we went into the room they left the water bottles we had brought

I stayed here in September 2021. Such a mistake! The place was not clean - which is especially disturbing in this time of COVID. Upon entering the room, I found random strange hairs in the bathtub. I immediately requested a thorough cleaning and mopping. While they did send someone to clean the tub, they never mopped the floor. I soon learned that I could not walk around barefoot as the bottoms of my feet were disgustingly black. Upon realizing how gross the floor was, I again requested that the floor be mopped but they never complied. In fact, I was there for six days, they never once came it

The air conditioner sounds like a jet engine and 1/2 our room is taken up by an odd banquette that clearly is a structural element of the building. The room has some bumps and bruises, scratches on the walls and chips in the tile of the shower. The front desk was moderately unhappy that we had arrived and was not overly welcoming. At least the bed seems comfortable and the location is close-ish to the beach.

I loved Lorraine the Events manager. Helped to accommodate our every need for our successful event. I loved the hotel especially the top floor where upon getting out of the hotel there is an ocean view and all rooms face the ocean. There is a large spacious deck, lounge chairs to lay in the sun and a relaxing and peaceful setting. This will be my forever hotel and I can’t wait to be back. Thank you Lorraine for everything!
