My fiance and I ordered my Hazeline ring over the phone since we do not live near NYC or LA. The ordering process was great, our representative was very helpful and responsive with photos. It is a beautiful ring and I get many compliments on it. After 16 months of near-daily wear, I noticed that my band is severely flattened on the bottom. I hadn't done anything dramatic that I could think of. I have contacted their customer service and was told to ship and insure the ring to their NYC location, which would cost about $85 before any repairs even happen. I have since asked what the range of

After following Anna Sheffield on Instagram for many years I knew I just had to have one of their nesting bands when it came time to select my wedding band. Being from Canada, I reached out online for help pairing my custom engagement ring. Went on an appointment with this location. The jewelry is stunning and staff is nice. I suggest you start improving the service by offering people to sit down ( the bench was occupied by a working staff) and properly clean the display case. There were 3 places I went to that day and the experience here is the worst.

This is a pre-covid review. Two stars for the NYC location, five for LA. I met with Andrew Mills in the NYC location in August 2019. It was my first time shopping for an engagement ring, and unfortunately Andrew was dismissive and condescending. He took a minimal amount of time to discuss with me the different settings, show me stone sizes, or help me better understand the ring buying process. At one point he told me there was nothing else he could do for me, and laughed in my face. He maybe spent ten minutes with me. I left the store embarrassed and disheartened still having no idea what to do

Great experience from start to finish with Kat. I purchased a ring and a pair of earrings to mark a special career milestone. This was entirely virtual given I am based in the UK which made me a little nervous. Kat was great! Kat went out of her way to source and take photos of the style of the items I wanted and imparted some advice that helped me choose between two rings. My Fiancé and I were lucky enough of stumble upon the Anna Sheffield pop up shop they have at the Ace Hotel in Chicago. Since that day last year we have been obsessed with these designs. In November, my Fiancé started the process of custom designing an engagement ring and was immediately helped by Allie Paz. We bought my custom engagement ring here. The ring was beautiful and cost just under 6k. Less than 6 months after I started to wear it, the center stone fell out.
The beautiful designs and curated Instagram aren't worth the stress, heartbreak and callous customer service you'll receive if anything goes wrong. Just don't do it.

Andrew was very friendly and helpful in our search for the perfect ring. We were looking for something unique and he recommended spinels, which we were not familiar at the time. Love my engagement ring and band from here. We ordered online and the experience was good! I got fitted at another local jeweler and my husband ordered my size. All pieces are made to order, so it does take several weeks, but it was worth the wait for the beautiful unique pieces. I always get asked if my ring is a family heirloom, because it looks very art deco, which I love! Hard to find anything like Anna Sheffield. Looking forward to getting more from here!!!

Bad service, bad communication. My fiancee and I agreed on an engagement ring and wedding bands which the customer service agent agreed it would take 6 weeks to create. No problem. The issues arose when I picked up all rings 6 weeks only to find the setting on the engagement ring was not what we asked for and the stone size was smaller than requested. Another 3 weeks passed after she said yes to wait for the correct ring. After we picked up the ring a 2nd time, we noticed the ringsize was incorrect! I contacted them exactly 10 days before my wedding in New Orleans with an emergency request for one of their tiara rings that I wanted as my wedding band. I absolutely love my engagement ring from here. It's beautiful. However, my husband had an awful time with customer service. They responded to emails infrequently and sporadically. He had to push back his proposal plans because the ring took far more time then originally estimated.
