Yaf Sparkle Boutique was created out of the desire to provide an environment where fun, fashion and pleasure are combined as one. During the summer of 2012, after successively making a name in New York's close-knit Jewelry scene for over a decade, Yaf Boye-Flaegel realized that the next logical step in her career was to fulfill her dream and cut the leash of employment.
In order to enjoy true creative freedom in forging her signature style, she chose the Lower East Side, also referred to as "the next SoHo", as a home to her first brick and mortar store. Her boutique now features not only her own designs but also displays the work of almost a dozen designers, from young local talent to internationally renowned brands.

I have never been in a jewelry shop as unique, relaxed, and wonderful as Yaf's. The moment I walked in I felt like family. Each piece is beautifully made and full of life. And my new best friend Serena put a personal touch on every piece I admired, taking note of my style and preference as we shopped. I walked away with this AMAZING necklace, and two new midi rings that add awesome accents to my tomboy femme style. I love their simplistic design, but yet unique and stylish. To me, most of their designs are something you can wear for a long time. The store carries variety of designs from different designers which gives a good mix of products. Yaf is very friendly and understands my style. I bought their silver bar necklace which I love!! Their crystal/stone pieces are also very beautiful. I will definitely come back next time!

We happened upon this place while waiting for a nearby tour. What a gem of a boutique. This shop carries top quality gold, fine jewelry and semi precious stone settings. Yaf is absolutely a delight. She made me feel so welcome and though a lot of the jewelry was out of my price range, she found just the perfect pair of earrings for me that I could afford. Don't miss this place for unique pieces that you will not find elsewhere!

I have been shopping at Yaf Sparkle for years. They are always my go-to for Christmas and birthday presents, for myself and friends & family. This gorgeous boutique carries beautiful and unique pieces for the whole family. The staff is warm, welcoming and very knowledgable. I always leave learning something new about metals or stones. Well worth a visit to the lower east side. A special thanks to Torsten who helped me pick out the perfect gift for my sister. I’ll be back soon!

They are petty and greedy, beware! My mom bought earrings for $595 and asked to return them less than 1-hr after buying (she thought it was $195 and didn't pay attention) and they wouldn't let her, citing the 'no refunds' policy.

Best jewelry store I've been to. The selection is so unique and beautiful, the sales people are knowledgable, classy, and never pushy. Whenever I go in there, I want so many things. Extremely well curated.
I've been to both locations, and they are equally amazing.
The customer service is outstanding. Yaf & her husband take pride in their shops, and treat you like family.
Yaf sent a beautiful note with a purchase that I had delivered to my house. She recently followed up via email in regards to a conversation we had in the store, and she even remembered my husbands name!

I LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!!! My favorite jewelry store in nyc! They have the coolest jewelry and tons of different styles. I have a couple of drouzy stone rings from Yaf that I wear everyday and get compliments on them DAILY! The entire staff is so incredibly nice too! I always take my time and try on tonssss of different jewelry before I make my final decision and they are so helpful and non-pressuring. Oh, and they sell cool vegan candles too! I definitely recommend a visit to this store!

Very patient. Very nice. Very flexible with exchanges. My wife is very tough to buy for but loves the stuff in this shop. More importantly, other women have complimented her On the jewelry I purchased for her from y&s. Most necklaces cost in $200 - $300 range.

TL;DR: I wanted a unique sterling ring, but paid the price of a gold one and received an unidentified, unstamped amalgam that's turning my hand the color of swamp muck.
If I'd rated Yaf Sparkle when I first walked out their door, I would have given the shop 5 stars. The pieces are lovely and unique, & the woman who helped me was wonderfully sweet. Plus, since gold isn't really my thing, for a $50 "custom fee," they were willing to pull the stones from a gold ring I liked & put them into an otherwise-identical sterling setting (of the correct size) instead.

One of the Lower East Side's best kept secrets! A treasure trove of beautiful jewelry in many different styles and price points. If you have the chance to meet Yaf herself, you are in for a treat - her warm, welcoming smile will greet you and she'll make you feel like a VIP:-) Love this local business. I advised my friend who was going on a business trip to the Middle East to buy all his client gifts here. He took them over there and got rave reviews from the men and the women. "YAF SPARKLE" is an amazing boutique men's and women's jewelry shop. I had the pleasure of meeting YAF herself who is also a designer. Besides her own brand which is quite exquisite, she also carries "Buddah To Buddah" "Johnny Farah" "Lyon Fine Jewelry" and "Monika Knutsson". They have rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, pendants and cuff links. I had the pleasure of receiving the "Buddah To Buddah" "Ben Ring" and I love it!

Such a lovely store. I stumbled upon Yaf Sparkle while strolling the LES 2 weekends ago and my eyes were instantly drawn to the beautiful Buddah 2 Buddah collection- particularly a delicate silver bracelet that stacked perfectly with my silver watch. The girl at the store was so super friendly and had fun showing me other gems, from HUGE cocktail rings to diamonds. Can I just mention that I also feel in love with a diamond ring? Platinum band and 3 pave diamonds on each side. Perfection. If only I had a reason for a diamond ring. :)
