I have lived at Lexington Village for a little over 3 years. Although, prior to Millenia management there were many issues. However, since the Millenia has taken over there have been a number of improvements to the community, increased security presence and the staff has been prompt and Efficient to help. One staff member that stands out then most is Marquita G., the assistant property management she has been kind and extremely helpful whenever a problem, concern arises or simply needing her to complete paperwork on my family’s behalf. Still currently living here, waiting to move. My daughter couldn’t stay here when we first got here due to apartment not heating up. My apartment is infected with mice and they’re not trying to do anything about it. My stove half way don’t work, put in a work order and still nobody has came to look at my place. I’m so done with this place, just waiting until lease is up

I lived here for 3 years and spent the last year of that trying to upgrade to a 3BR apartment for my growing family. For whatever reason, I was met with so much resistance and run-around I ended up moving elsewhere. I refuse to beg anyone to let me give them my hard earned money! (Never late on rent, good credit, no tenant issues).

I cannot believe how rude the office woman is! I spoke to her on the phone and was asking her if they are part of hud housing as I was confused and she flipped out of me! And hung up the phone because i asked why do two different websites say that u are low income Housing? She was super “ annoyed” she got Loud on the phone with me got an attitude and said “ once again we do not except hud! do I need to repeat myself!!!” then she hung up on me. So unprofessional

Lexington Village is under new management, and the owner he just cares about the optics, the exterior. You can not use the gym , they will not rent out party room and give some lame excuse that its not ready, although they posted it on their website. Also, they will not allow the swimming pool to be used. If this was in a white neighborhood the residents would not allow this nonsense especially because the rent is nearly a thousand dollars. They refuse to up date simple things around the older apartments, the carpet in many of these apartments needs to be replace or flooring put in. They give lame

I wanted to schedule a tour for Saturday, July 6th, 2019. I was aware that it was the weekend after the 4th of July, so I called and asked if they would still be doing tours on July 6th, they said yes but that I would need to submit and application for a weekend tour to be scheduled. I submitted an application along with my roommate, we were both approved and we paid a total of $70. I called with enough anticipation and scheduled a tour with Wendy for the 6th of July. I should have been all set.

Bed bugs and roach infestation..never any security around, people selling drugs and they refuse to do anything about it.. can never find a custodian when you need something fix and when you move all of a sudden there's a bunch of fees that take from your security deposit and you never get it back and don't bother taking them to court because they will just say you never paid rent since you moved in..
