The worst experience EVER!! From the move-in process and all the paperwork , til this day .
Is been 4 months since I moved here and I only had one issue after another .. waiting months to get appliances replaced , to getting a parking spot .
The apartment it wasn’t inspected by them before We moved in to make sure all is nice and clean and everything is working .
And the staff keep changed from day to day
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! DON’T MOVE HERE !!

I've lived here for a year and had nothing but good experiences. The biggest being their ability to work with me during the application process in the midst of the pandemic. I had JUST been laid off, and in desperate need of a place to live. They helped me through everything. My apartment is fantastic. Haven't had issues getting things fixed or reaching out to management. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews.
Note- this factor isn't in control of the staff, but PLEASE keep your valuables out of your car. Parking is open, next to a busy street. Theft is an issue. There aren't any cameras

Horrid management, horrible service and an awful way to treat residents. Extremely unhelpful when it comes to helping out their current residents. Apartments are sub par and not worth its prices. They were only helpful when I first was looking for a place to live, but either went cold on me after whenever there was something I needed, or the leasing office was completely rude and didn’t want to do their job. Avoid this place at all costs.

AVOID. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE OR THEIR TIME. Booked a viewing for 1:30 and they mistakenly put me down at 1. When I arrived (spent $40 on a cab to come all the way from Ballard) at 1:15 (15 minutes EARLY), their whole team went to lunch and the receptionist refused to even squeeze in a quick showing for the rest of the afternoon. Imagine how they'll treat you once they've locked you down on contract.

I am not usually one to leave reviews, however in this case I absolutely had to! I'd like to start by sharing that I have had nothing but the best of experiences here at the Ridgedale. The new leasing team is built of a group of kind, helpful individuals who patiently/thoroughly explained, and actively executed every step of the application and move-in process. Moving from out of state can be daunting and the ladies of the Ridgedale made it so that I could transition to my new life in Washington with ease.

Honestly.... having worked in the Multi-Family housing industry prior to relocating to Bellevue I was hoping for a positive residential experience. I did my research and despite the poor reviews was hoping for a positive living experience. In an attempt to have an unbiased opinion based solely off of my leasing experience etc. I went ahead and signed. While I understand the hardships this industry can have there still is no excuse for the poor attention to detail and service I’ve received since moving in. Disappointed with this unresponsive and unethical management team. We paid the application fee and non refundable deposits on May 9th for a May 29th move in date, after repeated follow up calls I didn't receive a lease agreement even after two weeks with no communication from the team. When I asked to cancel the application and refund the money the team provided a list of unreasonable excuses. I feel cheated with >$150 for no fault. Terrible customer experience.

In our naivety, we did not look deeper into the cracks and crevices, missing glaring issues with the unit ( Extreme water damage from previous tenants in both bathrooms required EVERYTHING to be removed, including toilet, bathtub, wall, and flooring).
Despite this, we called and communicated

One of the worst management, I have ever seen. When you discuss anything, they are being hard wired to say "fair housing policy" based on which they never do fair to anyone rather use it for easy exit from discussion. I feel that they have strong training to say these kind of words. They only believe to accommodate only new incoming tenant once being so polite after that it is not their problem. Never lease here specifically if you want to get rid of poor management of property.
