My sister rents from them right now and they do not repair anything, they have yet to turn on her heat and they don't answer the phone when you have issues. Her furnace went out and we are in late November were temperatures drop. She still hasn't heard back from anyone to this day.

Got a 60 days notice to move after a 1year and 2 month paying my rent on time having everything clean inside and outside and trying to leave as a human because they don't fix or do nothing in there property and I all this time she never fix the problem upstairs in my kids rooms and I gave her a letter saying I will not pay my portion of the rent on 1/21 until that problem was fix she told me moved, call the city tell sec.8 do whatever you want to do soooo I did call the city and they call her they call me to go pick up a letter and yes it was a 60 days notice to move that is so unprofessional so

I rented a house for 2 years and the house was great, Landlord was great, we even used her as our realtor to buy our home. They were great about fixing things and they were always professional. Only downside was we had 1 very dirty/sloppy neighbor. Horrible eye sore.

Unbelievably unprofessional and just plain rude. Their tenants disrupt the whole neighborhood and when I called her to ask her to ask them to be mindful of the neighbors and turn the volume down, stop speeding past children's houses, etc.... She first said it wasn't her property then told me it wasn't her problem and to call the cops. Nice. I was trying to avoid that but oh well. Here we go....

They will treat you nicely before you move in them once you move in they will manipulate you into state services that upgrade their boilers an equipment. I went without electricity in bedroom got at least 7 months an when I ask for repairs they act line 1,100 a month for rent means nothin . I could say a while lot more.

Poor tenant and landlord connection. None of the houses look how they do in pictures!!!! They overly charge for things that need to be fixed that should be included in rent. The maintenance ppl they send over are random ppl one guy came by had no tools had to use all of mine lied and said he fixed something and they charged me an extra 250$ because of that lie not once did they try to solve the problem. The landlord is not hands on at all and the secretary ugh she's rude she's disrespectful and she doesn't know how to be professional overall my experience with this landlord and employees was the
