Realty Performance is very difficult to work with. The basic property management needs are "not what they do". Staff is frustrating to try to solve problems with. They have no sense of customer service. They sit back and take their management fees with not much in return.,

Our property manager, Michelle, does not respond to my concerns. We have not had mulch yet this year, and it is July 23rd. She responded initially saying it would be another week or so, but that was several weeks ago. The past two weeks I sent her pics of ragged mulch screen, large bar spots of screen and clay soil covering the black mulch two weeks in a row so she could see how bad it really is, which she has ignored. It is embarrassing to live here, and she denied my request to do my own mulch and be reimbursed for the product. My friends with other HOA services have had mulch for two months

There is no sense of urgency. They’ll get to it when they get to it. My gutter came off 3 weeks ago. They’re still getting estimates. Meanwhile, it’s the rainy season and I have no gutter.

This company is honestly a joke. If your homeowners association is considering working with them, RUN. If you’re a homeowner living in an association that they manage, consider getting a good real estate lawyer because they’ll perform drastically less than the bare minimum level of service that you’re paying for. You’ll also wait months for a response to emails, if you ever hear back from them at all. As an example, my former homeowners association was supposed to cover all exterior maintenance of the townhouses, and months of emails about overgrown bushes and uncut grass yielded no results

Have been in contact with the association numerous times about my chain smoking neighbor at surrey hill way. They do absolutely nothing about it and don’t seem to care about the health risks. I initially posted a review and was called personally to take it down as “they have nothing to do with implementing a no smoking policy.” Which is absolutely BS. Now I not only have one chain smoker right next to me but there is another that moved in two condos down. I won’t be taking this review down this time, I should have the right to breathe in clean air!

This company has worked harder for our HOA over the past 3 months than our previous Poperty mis-Management company did in 12 months.
Highly professional and courteous staff, very prompt follow-up returned calls, and an owner who cares for his clients passionately.

A recent flood at my elderly mother's Honeoye Falls Condo, was caused by a broken toilet supply line. Bob Marvin, Chris, and his staff, responded very quickly. After they repaired the ceiling, I could not even tell where it had been damaged. I was completely satisfied with their work and they now have a very happy customer! Thank you for a great job!

I worked with John Standing with a gutter problem. Not only is he an excellent listener he followed up in person and by telephone until MIG completed the job.
I hope you can recognize him iinn some way because I feel he went over and above his job description
We would not want to lose him from our "team".
