Trying to get in contact is almost impossible its been over a month. I'm looking to move this year. My daughter will be born soon. Hopefully none of these bad reviews are true. And I have a great experience I'm looking for a home for me my wife and my baby. Unfortunately I'm not sure if im willing to risk renting from this company. And admittedly am quite afraid that if I can rent under this company I won't receive the service I require for my newborn 😬

They put me in a unit where the porch is almost broken, the heat barely works and cost me over a $400 electric bill because they decide take forever to fix it. You put in requests to fix things and they say they’ll send someone out and they never do. It’s great for something quick and if you don’t care about how it looks or if things are broken etc. but I do not recommend if you have kids especially if they’re an infant. Emergency maintenance is pretty much nonexistent. Their phone is off 90% of the time. If I would’ve known this, I would’ve stayed where I was at until I found something

Report this company to the Better Business Bureau if you are having any issues or complaints, that will also lower these fake reviews they either pay ppl to post or that they friends and families post!!!. If you read through all reviews you will also notice their is a whole lot more bad reviews than good so I dont get how they ratings are so high but I reported them to the BBB and the city!.

I've been living comfortably in the same apt. for almost 4yrs now...Due to the professional services of Torres Turn key property management, I have not had any concerns about the structural integrity of my apt. They do reqular inspections, on the furnace, smoke detectors ,cleanliness outside and inside,windows, and make sure that everything is kept up to par with city and state guidelines and regulations. They respond rapidly to any maintenance requests as well as work with you on rental payments, when times get a little tight financially. I recommend to anyone looking for a place to live comfortably

My mom started dealing with turn key around June July we seen houses but was warry of $80 for all 4 adults but we finally did, they mailed applications back and said money orders only cash me thinking agency I did it the desperation of a house made me pay after that they called me and asked me about 2 houses ware the probation of my brother placed him in house but probation is police but that's 2008 more then 20 yrs, before fire been there 3 yrs and then 5 in a half on the website it says high class so what I'm labeled low class so there discriminating when my family homeless before school every

Horrible communication.Save your money guys because this management is not worth it.i have politely contacting these people for weeks now.on my behave I was a few minutes late for a showing and they wanted to reschedule which is fine but I've never gotten any response from them after that. I've asked over and over about a reschedule and no respond.once we express politely that they can at least respond to over a week of unanswered text and calls they told us they rented the property out.then when we bring up another property they ignore us once again. These time are hard enough to be paying application
