I had the most pleasurable customer service event 8/22/17 with Samantha Nonan. I had an issue with correct spelling of my name on my order... the spelling didn't matter however since I'm trying to get insurance reimbursement spelling was an issue.
As I spoke with Samantha I could actually hear her smile through the phon phone. She needed to regenerate a new invoice on my order with name correction, she patiently did the task at updating file records however needed help getting the actual order name invoice change. She assumed me she would get with the IT department and email the copy she also

This is another hearty endorsement of the customer service provided by Samantha Nonan. My table (purchased thru the Home Shopping Network (HSN)) had been in a "hold" status since Sep 12. The afternoon of Sep 18 I phoned Teeter and talked with Samantha. I told her the FedEx website's only status was that a shipping label had been created on Sep 12 and there was no further update. I told her I called FedEx and they simply reiterated what their website reflected. Samantha said this was the second call she had received that day about lack of shipment of a Teeter table purchased thru HSN. Samantha said
