CrossFit Deluge was founded in 2016. Owners Jake and Christine have been doing Crossfit for over a decade and we take fitness very seriously and at the same time having a lot of fun in doing so. Our team of coaches train everyone from soccer moms, to obstacle course racers, to military and first responders, kids.

Our main focus is on function and human performance. We view intensity and intelligent programming as the key components of our fitness program. Our training is based on the premise of CrossFit of being constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. For us, feeding the body the proper balance of food is critical for performance.
Services
Sign up here to set up a One-on-One introductory session. This will be a one hour private session to see our facility, meet with a coach, get a free assessment and a program recommendation according to your fitness level and goals. If you have no CrossFit experience you will be required to attend our 3 week fundamantals program.
You will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts. Our Fundamentals class is designed to go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than a normal CrossFit class. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period.
Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. Our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life. They are scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience.
It's been over a year since I've started my Crossfit journey. In that time, I've learned so much from the Deluge team. Both Jake and Chris are wonderful coaches who have a solid understanding of when and how to progress newcomers. At first, much like everything in life, anything new can be intimidating.

This gym is great, I have physical limitations like a connective tissue disorder, balance problems and back pain. They have a low impact class that I love but if I attend a regular class they scale everything down to my level. I never lift anything very heavy, but I lift what I can and I'm getting much stronger. When I first started I couldn't even do a squat, now that I have a few muscles it's so much easier for me to go through my daily life now. My thigh muscles support my knee joints so I have less pain. The coaches are all great and the other members are also awesome. I really love the way
