EVOLVE Strong Fitness provides group fitness classes within the Tehaleh community of Bonney Lake. Additionally, we offer virtual memberships for our members outside of the Bonney Lake/Prairie Ridge/Lake Tapps area, or for those seeking greater flexibility with their workouts.

Services
The classes at EVOLVE Strong Fitness are curated to optimize your fitness and expand your physical abilities. Through high-intensity interval training classes, indoor weight lifting, yoga, and run club, we offer thoughtful programming that allows our classes to accommodate all abilities and fitness levels.
We provide numerous scaling options to accommodate various fitness levels and options to accommodate what gear you may or may not have available to you. You can get these workouts done with as little as a long resistance band and a jump rope, or with as much as a fully stocked gym. Instructions: set your timer to buzz every two minutes for 30 minutes.
Our boot camp and run club classes take place at various parks and locations in Tehaleh. Please refer to our schedule for exact meeting locations. EVOLVE Yoga is held at Elite Physical Therapy in Bonney Lake or outdoors in the summer months. Simply put, EVOLVE is an amazing group of people who come to workout, encourage each other and create a sense of real community! After moving to Bonney Lake in 2018, a neighbor invited me to join a class and I’ve been attending since. The workouts are constantly changing, which makes it fun to show up and get motivated about trying something new. The coaches are knowledgeable and always helpful, offering alternate moves or modifications if needed. Evolve has been truly life changing in the best way! Old injuries made me feel like I couldn't join group workouts, but Jaclyn and the Evolve coaches are experts in helping you navigate those injuries and strengthening other areas to prevent re-injury. It ends up feeling like personal training in a group setting. The people in class are always warm and inviting. You will quickly feel like part of the Evolve family.

I've been a member for almost 2 years and I've had such a positive experience. I first joined when I needed motivation to get back into a healthy exercise routine and I've stayed consistent ever since. Evolve helped keep me strong through my latest pregnancy and through 2 postpartums as well. Although I mainly do the Virtual program, which fits perfectly for me and a few of my workout buddies to do together. I cannot say enough good things about Jaclyn and what she has created with Evolve Strong Fitness! I was always one to shy away from group workouts because I never felt like I was in good enough shape to keep up. It was intimidating, especially when you’re overweight and out of shape. The minute I walked up to my very first workout I was greeted by name by one of the coaches and several other members that I didn’t know did the same. It was a huge relief.
