We stayed last night to watch the fireworks, we were very pleased with our room. Yla checked us in and made sure our room had a good view to the fireworks. What i like is that its nice without feeling too corporate. I used to live here 45 years back when it was more like apartments, they’ve done a nice job of updating it. Thanks for the staycation!

Lady was rude at the front desk. My sister had made us reservations online but we couldn't get our room until an hour later when she showed up because we all flew in from different places. Overall our room was bad. The view wasn't bad. But the luggage carts don't fit well in the elevators or in the hallway where we were. My sister was going to stay with my parents in the executive suite but it couldn't have pets which when you place the reservation online as my mom did it didn't saying anything about that. So she had to purchase another room and her room was gross. Their dog found a nerf bullet

I stayed on the 8th floor and had a gorgeous view. 😍 I appreciated that the hotel accommodated my request to be away from the ice machine and elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful and was a bonus that they give you a breakfast voucher with your stay. The hotel also has pub which made for a great way to unwind after a long flight. Again, staff at the pub were awesome and the food was scrumptious. Id suggests trying trying fish and chips 🤤👌.This hotel could have received 5 stars if their beds would have comfortable.

Our room was way too cold! Only one of the two heaters worked (barely). We had to ask for two additional, external heaters to keep the room warm. Also, there is no comforters but a sheet and a blanket. We asked for an additional blanket, which was provided. The room was okay, simple and fairly clean.

Bed was amazing. Best sleep I got in a hotel, ever! The staff was lovely, the complimentary breakfast was really good, the coffee shop was good too. The restaurant was awesome and the waitress we got was over the top amazing!
The cons? The building is a little tired, and while it is technically no smoking our neighbors smoked so much it seeped into our room. We didn't complain, as the staff was slammed, we just opened the multitude of windows and took in the gorgeous mountain views.
It was a last minute booking, booked 5 minutes before we arrived but you would never know. Thank you guys for being

Place was kind of gross when it came to cleanliness in our room. The nightstand had spill marks and was sticky. The bathroom seemed dirty as well. Beds were way worn out and squeaky, although I was still able to sleep on it. Just not the best. The drawers in the dresser kept falling open and being on the second floor, all we heard was noise from the restaurant outside. The place seems like they turned apartments into a hotel, for instance, there's a sliding mirror on the wall with nothing behind it. An outlet was cut in right through the mirror... Odd. The fridge can't open properly because the
