I have been with Nicklin for over 5 years now and in the same townhome! The best part about being with them is the super AMAZING & friendly receptionist KORY! She makes any process I need super fast and I appreciate her conversation and just making everything feel like top priority. This review is about Maria Hale. When I moved into the property that Nicklin managed, Maria was right there with me through walkthrough explaining all the ins and outs of the property. Very thorough. But what’s more important is how she responded to me while I lived at that property. No complaints about Maria there. But when the time had come for a change, Maria handled it the same way. If I could give no stars I would. The first day I moved in the hot water tank was broken and I was without gas and hot water for 2 days in the winter. The "field agent" claimed he spent hours in the house prior to my arrival for the pre-inspection so how did he miss that. Trying to contact someone in the office was never successful I always had to send an email which could take up to day to get a response. Nicklin does not work with military members. If you are in the military look elsewhere. When I was notified of a short notice deployment they were no help it was a hassle every step of the way

Adrian Frankfurter was recommended to us by a CA real estate broker and mutual friend of ours. Nicklin is currently the property managers to our investment property in Vegas. Been calling for days and leaving voicemails, also emailed. I can not get a certain person on the phone. I have been a customer for 9 years. Don’t know what’s going on in this business but I am looking for a new property manager for my rental property. I will update after I get a new management company.

We applied for a rental, and they didn’t even give us the respect to let us know if we got the place or not. Even if we didn’t get the place, we would of understood but they had NO problem taking our $130+ in app fees. For that amount, we deserved a yes or a no. We heard absolutely NOTHING. Thank God, we kept our search going even after applying but felt incredibly disrespected by this company’s complete silence. We will be sharing our experience with everyone we know, and I hope this helps others before they apply here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They took over 10 business days just to let me know that the owner declined my application! Their excuse was some weather delay but they didn't notify us at all. We been calling to ask about it and the lady was RUDE and passive-aggressive for no reason. I disputed and won the application fee charge on my credit since they didn't meet the agreed processing time of 5 business days. Too many realtor companies have been taking advantage of this pandemic and been basically scamming our money!

Nicklin was the Best property management company I have had the experience of working with. Ignore the negative reviews. If you left the home in the same condition you rented it in, then that is reflected in your deposit return.
Hillary Meeker was a fantastic leasing agent and I would recommend anyone to rent with her and Nicklin!

I am disappointed with their lack of responsiveness. Things that I indicated before moving in still haven't been addressed and it has been 5 months. I even went to Home Depot to see if they can tell me how to fix the dishwasher and showed them pictures and they said the owner should be embarrassed to have something in that poor a condition. I also have asked multiple times what to do with the owner's mail that comes to the address. I even emailed pictures as some of the mail looked like it could be important. No response to that for months, either. I have rented my whole life and have never had
